Course Installments

Please note that if you choose to purchase an online course via the installments option, you are agreeing to complete all payments on the dates that they are due.

Declined Payment Policy:

All outstanding payments are due, in full, within 7 days of the first declined payment.

Declined payment notifications are delivered via email and include simple instructions to bring the account current. Once the account is brought current, no further declined payment notifications will be sent. Should requests for payment receive no response or accounts remain overdue for more than 7 days, program access and benefits will be temporarily suspended. Program access will be reinstated if the account is brought current prior to the next scheduled payment date. Should requests for payment receive no response or accounts remain overdue through to the next scheduled payment, the entire account will be considered delinquent and will be suspended.

Suspension Policy:

If your account is suspended temporarily but brought back into good standing within 7 days of suspension, no further action will be taken. A second suspension will be considered a pattern and no further declined payments will be permitted. A third declined payment will result in removal from the program and from all program benefits.

If a client is actively enrolled in more than one program and is current on payments in one program but delinquent/suspended from another, the client will continue to receive benefits of the paid program as long as the account remains current and until the program is paid in full or completed.

Once the program is complete or should payments become delinquent, the client will be placed on permanent suspension and will not be permitted to purchase any future programs.

Course Mentoring

For all courses with a mentoring component included, you can ask questions and receive mentoring in the forum for up to 9-12 months following purchase. The mentoring must be used within that time period.

Course Mentoring Sessions

The final mentoring mentoring sessions that students can avail themselves of at the end of various courses (the Akashic Record Reading Program, the Intuitive Healing Program, apprenticeship version, the Intuitive Reading Program and the Evolutionary Manifesting Program, professional version) can only be had once the student has completed the (10-15) practice sessions with clients.

Anna does not hold these final mentoring sessions with students until those practice sessions with your clients have been completed. You must also supply the final mentoring worksheet for the session.

The final mentoring sessions are for the purpose of discussing those practice sessions and certifying you in these modalities. The session(s) are not transferrable if you fail to use them or complete your practice sessions with clients.

The sessions must be used within the period of time stated on the course page (usually within 9-12 months of purchase).

Certification

Anna has strict standards for certification. To have your final mentoring session and/or be certified, you must meet the criteria set out at the end of the courses.

Here are those criteria:

You must set up your final mentoring session in the time period stated (e.g. 9-12 months of purchase)
You must complete the number of sessions stated with practice clients
You must complete the sessions as taught – Anna does not accept sessions where you used someone else’s methods instead of the ones taught, or where you created your own method. You must use Anna’s methods to be certified and have your final mentoring session
You must send the proof of sessions completed, as specified at the end of courses

Refund Policy – Sessions

Sessions can be cancelled under some circumstances (e.g. in cases where Akashic Record reading research has not been started). Please note that there is a $5 charge for session refunds. This is to cover our expenses with exchange rates and administration (it gets quite costly converting your fee from USD to NZD and back again for a refund).

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your appointment and we can find another time and day.

If you make an appointment and you don’t show up for it, we will wait 15 minutes and thereafter will conclude that you aren’t showing up. We do not refund for missed appointments.

Refunds on Courses

Due to the nature of digital data, we do not refund digital goods purchases.

Refund Policy – Email Readings

Your reading must be redeemed within one month from purchase. If you wish to cancel and get a refund, please let us know ASAP. The earlier you let us know, the more likely it is we can give a refund. We can’t guarantee it is possible to refund your reading after you have purchased it – this is because Anna can start the Akashic Records research for your reading at any time. Once Anna has started this process and invested time in your reading, a refund is no longer possible. In circumstances where we are able to issue a refund, there is a $5 charge to cover admin expenses and the cost of converting your payment in USD to NZD and back again (Anna charges in USD but her local currency is NZD.)

Refund Policy – Stripe fee

Anna’s payment processor (Stripe) charges a 2.9% fee on all transactions, which is non-refundable under all circumstances. So, if you request a refund for a reading, and it is deemed necessary, you will be refunded — minus the Stripe fee on your original transaction.

Readings Disclaimer

Clients who are in a crisis should see a doctor, financial advisor, lawyer or relevant professional before booking a session. Sessions are not a substitute for advice or treatment that you would normally receive from a professional such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, or financial advisor. All sessions are for your own personal growth and spiritual purposes.
