If you’re reading this, my guess is that at some point you have had one or more psychic experiences in your life – you know, the kind of thing you couldn’t explain away.

But perhaps those experiences have been inconsistent and far between. And at this point in your life, maybe you want to be able to talk to your Spirit Guides on demand. You want a relationship with your spiritual guidance, so that…

• You can go through life with greater insight and perspective.
• You know exactly what to say yes to, and what to say no to, avoiding dead-ends, and saving time, energy and money in the process
• You feel a sense of spiritual connection and oneness as you go through life

Well, good news:

It is possible for you.

From teaching several thousand students in their intuitive development, I have seen that ANYONE can learn to communicate with their Higher self, Spirit Guides or angels.

It doesn’t matter if you are male or female, you’re young or old, you have a PhD or left school with no qualifications. It doesn’t matter who you are. You have a soul, therefore you were born to be in touch with it, so that the spiritual aspect could help you through life.

BUT there is a caveat to what I’ve just said, about anyone being able to develop their intuitive ability. There is something you need to know, in order to do it successfully.

And I’m going to tell you a story to illustrate this caveat.

My Path of Intuitive Development

Like many of my students and readers, I was totally fascinated with spirituality and psychic stuff from an early age. Roughly between the ages of 16 and 26, I studied psychic development.

I started by reading books in high school, and for the next ten years, I continued to read and explore – I went to plenty of live workshops in London, I took online courses, and I did mentoring with well-known intuitives. I had no strategy though. I was just picking up things here and there, hoping it would all come together and make sense.

Problem was – for a long time, it didn’t. And although I was mostly having fun, negative thoughts began to plague me like:

“Why is it so hit and miss?”

“Who am I kidding – I’m not gifted like the psychics I’ve mentored with.”

“I’m not sure this is meant to be.”

And I often see the same problem among my prospective students. People sometimes write to me and say, I want to connect with my guides and I’ve done a few workshops and read a few books, but something is missing because I’m still not there yet.

And Something Usually IS Missing

Here’s the thing: learning to communicate with Spirit Guides, etc, is a lot like building your own staircase.

So, imagine that at the top of your staircase is your guides and higher self. But to get there, and connect with them, you have to actually construct your staircase using things you learn, maybe in your books and classes.

So in one class, you learn one step, and so you put that first step in place. Then in another class, you get another step for your staircase, maybe one a bit higher up than you need, but you add it to your staircase anyway. Then in another class, you put another piece in place in between those 2.

And maybe psychic development has been your hobby for a year or so, on and off, and you know a lot about the topic, but…

Your staircase is still unusable. You still can’t connect with your guides. And you’re not sure why.

The problem I see all the time with psychic development is that a lot of people know what some of the steps are (i.e. most people know that it might be a good idea to learn how to open their chakras, or to meditate, to name a few of the steps.)

But very few people know WHICH ORDER to do it all in. And you have to ‘build’ the steps IN THE RIGHT ORDER otherwise you end up with an intuitive development staircase with a step missing, which makes your staircase essentially unusable.

And most intuitive developers are not building their staircase with a strategy. They’re just throwing things against the wall to see what sticks. And sometimes doing that can be fun.

But after a while, it can start to get:

• Discouraging
• Hit-and-miss
• Time-consuming
• And expensive

I know this because that’s how I developed my abilities, before I knew better (and it took me ten years and thousands of dollars.)

Does it need to be so time-consuming though?

Not necessarily.
