Some people discover conscious creation, use manifesting techniques and manage to change their lives that way.
But there’s a sizeable proportion of conscious creators out there who are not creating the change they want. Instead, they attract the same old situations repeatedly, often in a different package or with a different face.
This group of conscious creators usually put a ton of work into therapy and various healing modalities, and they do gain many insights along the way, but they never do manage to manifest their desire in full AND keep it.
The most common reason for this scenario is karmic complexes.
These are past life blocks that reside in the energy field, causing us to attract situations and experiences that resonate with these negative blocks. They can neutralise the positive manifesting work we do.
(I have written a lot about karmic complexes in the past and if you are new to this concept, I recommend reading these two articles and then coming back to this one to continue your reading afterwards:
How Karmic Complexes Can Hinder Successful Conscious Creation (& What to Do About It)
How to Identify What Is Blocking Your Manifestation)
Why do people do a bunch of therapy and healing though, and still not manage to create real change?
The reason for that is not many healing modalities fully wipe out karmic complexes wholesale, as in ‘change your life and find yourself in a different reality’ kind of wholesale.
Real, lasting change.
Let’s be clear — here I am not talking about:
Change that doesn’t last.
I’m also NOT talking about partial change.
Or accepting sh*t and putting a new label on it to pretend it’s OK.
The fact is, most people are choosing modalities that don’t do the job of FULLY clearing a karmic complex.
For example…
Therapy gives insight into a karmic complex but it’s not going to resolve it fully on the spiritual level.
Some healing modalities help us to relax, regulate the nervous system and clear our energy field of minor energetic disturbances, but they don’t go deep enough.
Some modalities do go deep enough, but they knock a big chunk out of our karmic complex, and then stop short of wiping out the whole thing.
Some modalities (especially shamanic ones) are great for healing downstream consequences of karmic complexes, but they don’t always touch on the complex itself.
Now I’m going to tell you about the two modalities that I know for sure have the power to wipe out karmic complexes wholesale. These are not modalities that I practise or sell anything related to. I have no vested interest in them. I just know they work.
#1: Deep Memory Process (DMP) — a form of past life regression
Why do I prefer DMP over other kinds of past life regression?
I often recommend DMP firstly because it is the type of past life regression I’m most familiar with, and I know it works for the deepest kinds of past life trauma.
I also recommend it because it uses a combination of therapeutic methods in the regression session that some other types of past life regression do not:
- Revision: this is usually included in a DMP session. The client will get a chance to ‘rewrite’ what happened in the past life.
- Bodywork and psychodrama: DMP encourages the past life regression client to physically ‘act out’ the events of the past life, especially right at the moment the trauma occurred. For example, when I had a DMP session for an earthquake trauma (in a past life I died in the 1925 Santa Barbara earthquake in California), the therapist had me take one of my large couch cushions and put it on top of me at the moment of the earthquake, to physically feel something crushing me, like the masonry did in that lifetime. I then physically threw the cushion off me.
Past life wounds are located in the etheric body and the physical body. Physicalising the experience can help to remove the wound, not just from the mental and emotional bodies, but also from the physical body. In my view, this is what differentiates DMP from other kinds of past life regression when it comes to the level of catharsis. Very traumatic past life experiences are often going to need an element of bodywork. (Less traumatic past life experiences may be OK to clear using a type of past life regression that doesn’t involve bodywork.)
If you’d like more details on this, here is an article written by the late Dr Roger Woolger, the Jungian psychotherapist who created the Deep Memory Process method. It will give you a really good overview of the principles underlying the DMP modality and why having a bodywork aspect to past life therapy can be a good idea.
There’s a DMP graduate directory on this website.
Most DMP practitioners work in person but there are three I know of who work online:
(Some of these practitioners have conditions to working with them, such as previous experience with visualisation.)
Let’s have a look at the second healing modality that has the power to wipe out karmic complexes wholesale:
#2: Neville Goddard’s revision technique and other ‘re-scripting’ modalities
Revision is a technique that the manifesting teacher and author Neville Goddard taught his students and it’s a method that I have adapted and used myself in ways that are a bit different from what Neville Goddard taught.
Neville Goddard taught his students to revise undesirable or unsatisfactory aspects of their day on a nightly basis, whereas I actually use revision for resolving difficult or traumatic memories from the long-term past and for neutralising karmic complexes.
Neville Goddard explained the revision technique in his famous lecture ‘The Pruning Shears of Revision’ given in 1954. He taught his students to revise their day every night before bed, by re-writing and reimagining any unwanted events or interactions and essentially re-doing them so that they were more favourable and in line with what the person wanted to experience.
So, revision is essentially visualising and manifesting for the past (just as we can also visualise and manifest for the future.) And we do this by re-imagining the past to be how we wanted it to be, and not how it was.
If you think it sounds mad that visualising for the past could actually have an impact on your past and alter it in your soul’s memory, you might want to watch this interesting video on this concept (called retrocausality in physics).
If you’d like to read more about revision to get a better sense for how it works, check out this long article that I wrote about this technique, which includes info on how to do it, and my successes using this technique.
If you are considering attempting revision to clear a karmic complex, there is an important caveat you need to know about.
Once you’ve identified your karmic complex, you should be revising those past events, relationships, situations and experiences that are an echo of your karmic complex. This is what will clear the complex. (Revising the wrong thing will either clear a different complex, or just help you resolve trauma from this lifetime that is unrelated to a karmic complex.)
For example, as mentioned, I died in the 1925 Santa Barbara earthquake. In the end, I did DMP to resolve the karmic complex that was created in that lifetime, but if I had chosen to use revision instead, I would have revised my experience of the 2011 Christchurch earthquake in NZ — since that was a clear echo of the karmic complex (our past life traumas repeat).
Also, just a note that the revision technique probably isn’t the only technique involving re-scripting and changing the past, that will clear a karmic complex.
There are other healing modalities out there that involve re-writing the past. Psychologists helping clients to heal trauma sometimes use a modality called Imagery Re-scripting.
In principle, anything that uses re-scripting has the potential to heal a karmic complex but since I’ve only seen clients have success with DMP and revision, those are the only two I recommend.
I am cautious about what I recommend in this area because people often come to me when they’ve been healing and manifesting for years with not a lot to show for it. I don’t want to have people wasting further money, energy and time on things that could work but I’m not 100% sure if they do. Instead I send them straight to the stuff I know works.
How did I come to this conclusion about the two karma clearing modalities I mentioned above?
In my readings, one of the interesting pieces of research I’ve been able to do for clients involves looking into how many karmic complexes a client has already cleared in this lifetime. I have also asked clients what they have done to clear the karmic complex(es). If they mentioned multiple modalities, I asked Spirit which one(s) were most effective for the clearing of the karmic complexes.
I have had clients who have been on a path of healing for years and they have cleared almost none of their karmic complexes. I’ve also read for people who have wiped out complexes wholesale. The people who succeeded in clearing them either did past life regression involving bodywork, or a modality that had an element of re-scripting to it, such as revision. I’m sure there exist other modalities that are effective too, and if I make any further discoveries in this area, I will certainly update this blog.
Am I saying that all other healing modalities apart from these are useless?
No way.
Being in the position of needing to clear a karmic complex fully is a very specific healing situation with specific requirements for the healing to work well.
Most modalities do not fully cater to this scenario.
But that doesn’t mean that they don’t cater to other scenarios.
For example, some people are not in a position to fully wipe out a karmic complex. Maybe to do so doesn’t fit with their soul contracts or their path in this lifetime. So, instead they may spend many years working with healing modalities that steadily downgrade and alleviate the complex to make it easier to deal with, and this means that in a future lifetime it will affect them less and they are more likely to fully neutralise it at a later date or in a future life. They chip away at it bit by bit over many years.
The majority of healing modalities downgrade and alleviate complexes in this way without wiping them out.
They have a lot of value. But they’re just not right for that moment in the life of the soul when this conclusion is reached by them: “Enough with this crap! I’m done. Let’s let go of this pattern NOW”.
(Some souls repeat patterns for between 1-25 lifetimes until they’re ready to get to that point.)
That’s why other modalities also have value.
Some of them don’t wipe out karmic complexes but they do regulate the nervous system and help nervous systems to learn to do that for themselves. That’s important healing work, but it isn’t karmic complex neutralising work in itself.
Other healing modalities bring a lot of cerebral insight, which also has value, and may precipitate change in a person’s life, but again it isn’t going to wipe out the complex fully on a spiritual level.
Karmic complexes that aren’t fully neutralised, do repeat in future lives.
This isn’t just about manifesting your desires in this life, but it’s also about improving your soul’s trajectory and getting off the karmic wheel if that is something you believe your soul is working towards.
What if a person doesn’t have the financial resources to either identify or resolve a karmic complex?
I would recommend revising everything that has been unfavourable about your life so far — with a special focus on the first 27 years of your life. The first 3 decades of life are when our karmic complexes tend to echo most and imprint us negatively.
I also love water fasting for its potential to make space for working on a karmic complex in this way. I understand not everyone wants to do something like that and it certainly isn’t the right choice for everyone — some may see it as unnecessarily drastic, but I do believe that water fasting has great value in this way especially for those most intrepid of spiritual explorers and ‘karma clearers’. It can bring in a lot more vital life force energy and it can help to clear out old ‘stuff’ on the level of the body, too. I have in the past done it right before clearing a major complex using DMP, when I feel I have no space in my life or energy to do the healing work. What it does is clear out any layers that are blocking me from moving forwards with the complex clearing, and brings the buried complex right to the surface of the energy field to be cleared.
Water fasting and revision are both free, but of course they take significant time & effort.
Creating real, lasting change usually does.
(More info on water fasting can be found here and here in case that is of interest to anyone.)
Finally, what is the value of an Evolutionary Manifesting reading in resolving a karmic complex?
An Evolutionary Manifesting reading is a diagnostic reading.
It doesn’t clear a karmic complex for you (although many of my clients have reported they felt a shift just from a reading).
Here’s what it will do:
- Describe the karmic complex for you
- Tell you where it came from
- Tell you how to resolve it and which technique would suit your specific situation best
- Tell you when to resolve it and if you have enough vital life force energy running through your energy field to do so (some conscious creators do not)
- If you don’t have enough energetic resources right now to clear it, it’ll tell you how to solve that before you go ahead and clear the complex (trying to clear a complex without having the energy can be quite unpleasant)
- If you also opt for the extended version of an Evolutionary Manifesting reading, you’ll find out what the downstream consequences of the complex are, too, and how to clear them.
There are two types of Evolutionary Manifesting reading that I offer:
The full, extended reading and the shorter, more economical version.
An Evolutionary Manifesting reading takes all the guesswork out of:
- What is my complex?
- How is it affecting me?
- How do I resolve it?
- When do I resolve it?
- What do I do after I resolve it?
- Is this the only complex affecting me and stopping me from manifesting this desired intention?
- If there’s another complex blocking me, what do I do about that? (I try to come up with a low-cost plan for you so you don’t need to get more than one reading, unless you want to.)
If you choose to revise to overcome your karmic complex, I can do a session with you to also find out which events of your life were echoes of the karmic complex, and I can support you in revising those events and teach you the technique (this service is only offered to my Evolutionary Manifesting clients).
Finally, you can read more about my personal successes with these teachings — combining karmic complex work with manifesting techniques, and everything I’ve manifested consciously, in this article.
In summary…
If you have a karmic complex:
Whether you choose Deep Memory Process, revision, or an Evolutionary Manifesting reading to guide your journey, the key here is wiping out your karmic complex fully (not partly, and not just the downstream consequences of it). Only then can you finally manifest what’s been eluding you and step fully into the life your soul is ready for.
PS. I am currently running a sale on my Evolutionary Manifesting readings. The sale will end on 15th November at 10pm EST.
My full, extended readings are being offered at $205 off and my shorter readings at $50 off.
The wait time is 9 weeks and most of these readings will be completed over the Christmas holidays (I only take a couple of days of the holidays off work!)
