How many times have you lived before? The answer may surprise you…

I’ve read for thousands of people over the years and as part of my readings, I’ve had the opportunity to find out how many past lives the person I’m reading for has had here on Earth.

Here are my findings in this area:

First of all, I’ve never read for a soul who has had more than 200 earthly past lives. I do not know if this is because there aren’t many out there or if it’s because souls who have had fewer than 200 past lives tend to be attracted to my work for some reason.

Shelly (who used to offer readings via my website) came across a few cases of souls who had had several hundred past lives — so more than 200.

Interestingly, when I read Michael Newton’s books Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls, his findings, in terms of the number of earthly past lives his clients had had, were similar to my findings.

(Michael Newton was a psychiatrist who pioneered life-between-lives regression therapy and worked with thousands of clients.)

The fact that our findings align more or less makes me suspect that what I’ve seen over the last 18 years is the average and not some outlier. 

Average number of earthly past lives for the various soul groups of origin

These soul groups of origin are most likely to have had 120-200 lives because these are ancient soul groups who have been incarnating here on Earth longer.

• Blueprinter
• Sirian
• Mintakan/Orion
• Pleiadians
• Alpha Centaurian
• Hadarian

These soul groups tend to have had between 35 and 80 lives:

• Nihal
• Arcturus
• Alpha Caelian
• Alpha Fornacian
• Mission Realmer

(Some of the above soul groups prefer not to come here, or they only started incarnating here more recently.)

The Vegans and Spicans I read for tend to have had between 80 and 110 lives. 

If you know your soul group, you may be able to guess how many lives you’ve had based on the info above.

Why I only focus on earthly lifetimes in my readings…

I do not tell people how many lives their soul has lived in places that are not Planet Earth. 

I believe that this is not the only world that exists for incarnation — there are other environments where a soul can explore and evolve. I know a lot about the groups who originated these environments but I haven’t researched much about the environments themselves. So, for that reason I don’t include that info in my readings. 

I don’t know if in other spiritual worlds it is possible to have a “lifetime” with a clear beginning and ending for a set amount of time like Earth or even if time exists in those places. So, it’s trickier to try to quantify the number of lives that haven’t been earthly ones in a soul’s past. 

Here are some signs that you’ve had a lot of lifetimes here on Earth:

• You have really good coping skills. You’ve been through some real crap in life but come out the other side OK
• You don’t need dogma in your spiritual life. You’ve experienced all the religions across many lives and you’ve also found that there is spiritual truth behind all of them.
• You’re brave. Souls with more experience tend to have more confidence in their own resilience and ability to cope. (Although this doesn’t apply in every case — sometimes an experienced soul can have a karmic complex that diminishes their courage)
• You’re happy doing your own thing rather than following the crowd
• You have a lot of wisdom and others often come to you for advice

What about brand new souls?

The well-known regression therapist Dolores Cannon in her book ‘The 3 Waves of Volunteers & The New Earth’, talked about groups of souls who came in after WW2 to support humanity, and said that some of these souls had never incarnated on Earth before. They came here because they were unencumbered by karma and it was thought that they would be in a position to help and support earth dwellers because of that.

One of my students once encountered a soul with no previous earthly lives, though this is rare in my experience and I’ve never encountered one. 

Souls with between 0-20 lives

This is not something I’ve ever seen either and I’m not sure why that is. Could it be that souls in this phase of their presence here on Earth are not going to be attracted to the work I do? Who knows.
