In one of your articles, you teach us to invoke an Archangel or Ascended Master to help us. I wondered if it is OK to do this regularly? I wouldn’t want Archangel Michael to leave someone who is in much more need (e.g. in conflict or a violent situation) to come and help me. I have read conflicting views about the capacity of Archangels, some say they can be anywhere and everywhere at the same time, others say that their capacity is limited. What do you think?

Hi Prisha,

Do not worry about bothering the Archangels or creating extra work for them. When you look at it from that standpoint, you are coming from an earthly, third-dimensional perspective where everything we do here is something else to think about, and yet one more thing to add to the to-do list!

The spiritual world exists in a higher dimension (from the fifth dimension upwards, which is the realm of thought, energy and feeling), and things move very quickly and effortlessly there. By contrast, here on Earth, we are in the third dimension, which is the realm of matter, and most things take effort here on Earth.

To understand the difference between the third dimension and the fifth dimension, let’s take the example of thinking about making one’s dinner (fifth dimension) and actually making the dinner (third dimension).

In the spiritual realm (fifth dimension), they just have to think about something, and it is done. Whereas in the third dimension, we can’t move matter by thinking it like Spirit can in the fifth dimension — we can’t just think of dinner and have it appear in front of us. Instead, we have to take action — we have to get up, prepare the dinner and clear up afterwards. So because we are used to all this third-dimensional effort which dominates our human lives, we might assume that we are also creating endless work for spiritual beings, but it is actually no effort for Spirit to help you, and in addition, Archangels have emissaries who can also be in many places at once.

So, go ahead and call on the Archangels and create a relationship with them. If you do this often enough, you will be blessed by the energy of the Archangels, which can stay with you over a longer period.

When I do Akashic Record readings for people, I sometimes find the energy of a particular Divine being (i.e. an Archangel or Ascended Master) that is with the client. Sometimes the presence of a particular Divine being can be explained by a past life. For example, if you have had many lifetimes in the Buddhist religion, you may find Ascended Master Buddha is with you.

Other times, if you call on a particular Archangel or Ascended Master, that energy stays with you. Occasionally, I’ll find a really obscure Divine being around a client and the client will tell me that this is a Divine being they have called on recently. Case in point: not so long ago, I found the energy of Artemis around a client. She told me this was a Goddess she’d been working with in the last year. The relationship will have existed because the client took the first step and called on this Divine being.

The Divine beings are available to help any and all of us, and their energy is in no way limited.
