You talk a lot about star seeds and the various soul groups of origin on your website so I was wondering if you have any thoughts on the following:
I came across a website that talks about negative star seeds and soul groups, called ‘reptilian’ souls and ‘Draconian’ souls who are here to bring evil to the world (and the material I read was linking these soul groups to a possible Coronavirus vaccine.) They said that negative soul groups are working hard to take control of the planet at this time.
I wondered what your thoughts were on this? Is it possible for negative soul groups to exist? As opposed to souls who have potential for the whole spectrum of positivity to negativity.

Hi Rachel,
I was taught about a negative soul group called the Draco soul group, and also the reptilian soul group when I trained as an Akashic Record reader 13 years ago, but it was something that did not resonate with me, and so I discarded it. (This is one of the main reasons I made my own training for reading the Akashic Records — I came across Akashic Record readers who were diagnosing people as ‘negative souls’ and this really did not sit right with me.)
According to the research I have done, the idea of ‘reptilian’ souls has its origins in conspiracy theories disseminated by the well-known conspiracy theorist David Icke, and somewhere along the way this conspiracy theory got mixed up with the soul groups info I was taught. So I got rid of it. I’ll let you make your own mind up about that but David Icke is not someone whose ideas I resonate with.
I don’t believe that any soul group is inherently evil
However, I’m not going to deny that evil does exist in the world. Here’s how I would explain this, on a spiritual level:
Sometimes a soul can take on a dark role (otherwise known as a ‘perpetrator lifetime’.)
A perpetrator lifetime is one in which we work with dark energies, engaging in behaviours such as lying, manipulating, stealing, violating or hurting others in some other form. While we are experiencing this sort of lifetime, we are disconnected from the high vibration of our spirit, and we believe we cannot receive light or energy from the Creator, and so we need to take it from others. In psychology, this corresponds to the sociopath or narcissist.
Why we choose perpetrator lifetimes
There is a very logical reason for souls to occasionally choose a perpetrator lifetime — if I am poor in one lifetime, I often choose to be rich in the next. If I’ve been male in the last ten lifetimes, I will choose to be female for a while in the next ones. If I cared a great deal in my last life, I might choose to be ruthless, destructive or uncaring in this one.
In this way, we get to experience ourselves as every facet of the Divine – the young and the old, the light and the dark, the male and the female, the rich and the poor, the hero and the anti-hero.
I resonate strongly with something I read in the ‘Conversations with God’ series of books, which is that negativity exists because God wanted to experience relativity. The idea is that the Big Bang was effectively a shattering of Divine energy into small particles (souls) so that God could experience Itself as many polar opposites – positive and negative, male and female, hot and cold, light and dark.
Without the dark, there is no experience of light, and vice versa. In seeing opposites, we get to experience negativity as well as positivity. In this process, we understand what we stand for on the soul level, and we ultimately come to identify ourselves as beings of love and light (which is indeed what we are). So, this is why perpetrator souls are always going to be a feature of our experience here on Earth, and if we were to look back over our soul’s past, most of us would find one or more perpetrator lifetime.
But no soul chooses the perpetrator role permanently, and it is not an inherent feature of the soul. When we occasionally choose this perpetrator role for any given lifetime, the traits and strengths of our soul group of origin become obscured and take a back seat.
Having said that, souls can sometimes have repeated perpetrator lifetimes or find themselves in this pattern over the course of a few lifetimes. This does not mean that the soul will only ever have this type of lifetime in the future.
Not everyone who does something bad is in a perpetrator lifetime — the more severe the offence and the more persistent the pattern of hurting others is, the more likely it is that a person is having this type of lifetime.
