In this article, I would like to share another Evolutionary Manifesting reading I did for a client who I’m going to call “Lewis”.
Lewis’s intention that he is working on manifesting is to make a contribution to humanity — a spiritual teaching or body of work that is all his own, that helps people. He mentioned that he has written a spiritually themed book, and needed to work on marketing it.
(To give a bit of background, Evolutionary Manifesting readings are comprehensive energetic audits of a client’s specific intentions that they are seeking to manifest. When someone’s manifesting efforts aren’t yielding results after say 3-6 months of manifesting work, this reading looks into any root energetic causes. It addresses any past life blocks and measures vital life force energy that is available for manifesting, and lots more. Evolutionary Manifesting readings look into what needs to change to bring about a desired intention in 3D reality, and recommends a solution for any blocks that do come up.
Note: I go into past life blocks — or what I call karmic complexes — in this article. If you’re unfamiliar with the idea that past life blocks can affect our manifesting, it’s a good place to start and I recommend reading it before you continue with this article.)
Here is the reading I did for Lewis:
“You had a male lifetime in the northeastern tip of Siberia during the 1700s (it was in the part that is opposite Alaska).
I was shown that you were a leader of the indigenous people there. During that time, the Russian army was moving into the indigenous peoples’ territory to tax them but there was a resistance happening and you were one of the indigenous military leaders.
However, you didn’t have much training or experience. Initially, you and your men mocked the Imperial army for being inept in your terrain and there was a lot of confidence among your forces.
There was a woman in your life who you were in love with – I think you brought her along for the military expedition. She agreed with everything you said and built you up, “yes’ing” everything – she genuinely was in awe of you and because of that advised you badly and you listened to her.
I was shown that there was a catastrophic defeat because of a tactical decision you made, or a series of decisions. You lost supplies and men – they were cut down in a battle. You had to flee for your life on foot. I saw you retreating and fleeing in the snow. You left behind the woman you loved and in order to save your own life, you could not go back for her.
I feel a real sense of defeat, melancholy, and a sense that this was down to your own catastrophic mistakes. The phrase that came from your past life self was “this leadership stuff isn’t as easy as it looks” and you felt you were completely out of your depth in that battle.
I feel a total loss of faith in your abilities and a sense of humility and skepticism when it comes to your own self concept and skills. The scene I was shown was you jumping without a safety net and slamming face first into concrete (as a metaphor).
After you fled, you disappeared into the wilderness and were actively hunted. You had to travel on foot for a very long way. You had survival skills but it was tough. You went South West until you reached a town and I’m seeing a sort of “wild west” vibe to it. I think it was a town with lots of gambling/vice dens. I saw you disguised yourself as a beggar initially.
You felt a lot of shame that you couldn’t go back to the place your men were killed or to find your beloved. I heard the phrase “I should have gone back to meet my maker or my fate”.
Instead, you hid. After begging initially, mainly as a disguise, you started working at night in one of these vice dens. You had to transform your appearance and your personality, lest you be recognised. I saw you coming into contact with other people you knew but having to hide and not acknowledge them. Like becoming a new person somehow and succeeding at it.
This experience of defeat, displacement and disguise completely broke your spirit in that life. You had deep roots in your place and among your community but you found yourself adrift and lost.
(By the way, I was told the woman from that life that you lost was a girlfriend or romantic partner from your late 20s/early 30s. )
You lived for 5 more years after the defeat. You could not get over what happened or build a life as a displaced man. You lived at night to avoid detection (the Russian forces were hunting down the leaders of your tribe whom they suspected survived). You had to blend into the crowd. You lived on the fringes and were terrified of being caught.
I was shown you died of an illness – it was perhaps pneumonia or TB. But really in spirit it was like you died that day on the battlefield with your men and after you escaped, you existed and went through the motions but you weren’t fully alive. There was a lot of trauma and loss.
I was shown at the end of that life you took a vow of humility – “don’t assume you know anything”. (To avoid ‘slamming face first into the concrete’ again.)
The effect this karmic complex has on you is that it binds up your throat chakra – Lewis, I can see that you received a secondary Godspark at the throat chakra a few years ago (this came up in your Akashic Record reading with me) which means that communication/teaching is part of your soul’s purpose and will be part of the contribution you make. But this karmic complex means you’re not free to step into that purpose.
I can see you have binding over your throat, and the best way I can describe how this looks is when a woman wants to pass as a man and be disguised she would need to bind her chest.
After the defeat, you had to transform your appearance and personality. You couldn’t even laugh out loud. You couldn’t disclose any honest facts about your past or project your personality. These are the areas of your throat chakra that are impacted – this sense of “I have to hide; I have to stay anonymous, in order to be safe”.
“I’m going to bind this area up to pass as someone I’m not”
Whatever you come up with in terms of your spiritual communication/teaching will somehow lack something of your own personality or energy, no matter how much you try to make it your own, and this effect is a hangover from that previous life.
Basically I think there is survivor’s guilt from that past life – a sense of not feeling good enough; of not feeling worthy; of denying yourself your calling as a result because it ended badly in that life.
I also think the past life self who went through the events of that life does not want you to focus on your work in a disciplined way or see projects through to completion, and will interfere with that. He wants you to stay safe and doesn’t want you to get a bunch of men killed due to your choices. Obviously these fears are out of time and place.
He says:
“I have to hide”
“I have to blend in”
“I’m a loser/not good enough”
“Don’t let your personality escape – instead be someone you’re not”
“Be as anonymous as possible.”
These attitudes will be filtering through into your subconscious and will impact on your work.
This past life self is very focused on you not repeating his trauma, so he wants you to hide and not take a leap or be confident in your projects.”
The reading also shared with Lewis the most effective modality to overcome this karmic complex.
Historical research
After the reading, I did a bit of historical research and found that this timeline and scenario matched the Chukchi resistance against the expansion of the Russian Empire in Siberia during the 1700s.
I have to say that it is very interesting learning about history from the inside out – from the perspective of those who actually lived in those times. I feel I am becoming a historian of the soul, and learning about earthly history at the same time.
