Past lives and Mastered Life Lessons — How My Akashic Record Readings Have Evolved Over Time

When I started out giving Akashic Record readings 16-17 years ago, I did the readings exactly as I’d been taught.

Over the years, I’ve altered the protocol I use in quite significant ways, discovering new pieces of information that are available in the Akashic Records to add to a client’s reading.

I’d say I only use about 30-40% of what I was originally taught, and the rest is my own original channelled information.

In this article, I want to highlight some new sections I have recently added to my readings, which provide additional value to my clients.

    More information on past lives

My Akashic Record Readings now include details on 4 past lives my client has lived. Sometimes these past lives are described in a lot of detail in a paragraph or two, other times it’s just a few sentences (it depends on how much information I am given on the past life.)

Sometimes what I see with the 4 past lives that the Akashic Record Spirit Guides tell me about, is that there is a common theme or karmic “complex” that you are still living out in this lifetime that is reflected in those past lives. But something I do ask of the guides is not to give me anything too traumatic, that requires resolution in a past life regression or something of that nature — I don’t want to open any doorways in your subconscious mind to a traumatic past life that could bleed through into this lifetime and make your life worse in some way.

So, the past lives that come up in this section of the reading are going to be ones that may reflect on the themes and life lessons you are working out in this lifetime, but they aren’t going to cover significant, unresolved past life traumas. Sometimes they don’t reflect a current theme or life lesson, and are just “out of interest”.

For example, I may tell you about a shared past life with a family member as part of the 4 past lives (I have had some really interesting past life situations come up for my clients in that regard!)

If you are an Akashic Record Reading Program student and you’d like to add this detailed section on past lives to your reading, a module on getting more details on clients’ past lives is included in my Intuitive Reading Program.

    Mastered Life Lessons

Something else I am sometimes doing for some of my clients now is telling them which life lesson they have recently mastered.

Life lessons are ‘themes’ that our souls plan to explore when we’re incarnated. Virtually every soul who incarnates here on planet Earth comes in with a curriculum of lessons they are exploring (although something to be aware of is that not all souls learn at the same pace.)

Normally in an Akashic Record reading, I provide details on 3 life lessons that the client is exploring in this lifetime. These are 3 energies of the Divine that the client is lacking in their soul. They are incarnating to explore those energies and integrate them into their soul.

It tends to take between 5 and 13 earthly lifetimes to thoroughly explore one theme or life lesson.

For some clients, I look at which life lesson have they recently mastered, to the point that it is a strength for them now.

For example, one of my own mastered life lessons is resourcefulness — I know how to resource myself, and I know the importance of being resourced. When I am facing a problem I don’t know how to solve, I will explore all avenues and resources until I’ve found a solution or solutions. I learned to do this over many lifetimes of solitude and not having access to the resources I needed. I learned to find resources within myself and be inventive. (This resourcefulness is reflected not only in my Akashic soul record but also in my astrological chart.)

So, if I find that a client has recently mastered a life lesson that is a strength for them, I’ll include it in the reading. I can’t guarantee that everyone gets this added to their reading. I only add it in maybe 1 in 3 readings, where the info seems the most relevant to the overall story of your soul over time. (I don’t include it if it doesn’t seem as relevant as the rest of the info in the reading.)

If you have a burning desire to find out more about the anatomy of the soul, I recommend my Akashic Record Reading Program. Within this program you will learn about the 88 life lessons a soul can be exploring here.

When I learned to read the Akashic Records, I was given several dozen life lessons but no information on any of them. Over the last 16 years I’ve painstakingly put together 13,000-14,000 words on the 88 life lessons and what I’ve learned from my clients about how these 88 life lessons manifest in their lives.

Here is what is on offer in this program:

    • 25 star seed groups (including information on all 8 Parallel sub-groups) — find out which one(s) apply to your client or yourself
    • Learn about the soul gifts your client has, including ones that come from life between lifetimes
    • Learn to find out what you or your client is learning in this lifetime — you can look up the primary life lesson or a full curriculum of life lessons (primary and secondary)
    • Learn about the various reasons souls incarnate here (learning/contribution/support/holiday) and which one applies primarily to your client or yourself
    • Learn how many earthly lifetimes you or your client has had and the percentage of male to female incarnations
    • Find out information on your or your client’s past lives, including the roles that they have gone back to again and again
    • Find out about your archetypes that apply to your life or your client’s life
    • Find out about your intuitive/empath gifts
    • Find out about the Divine beings around you and how many guides/angels are around you.

There are also email templates available that make giving Akashic Record Readings a breeze.

  • Relationships and Compatibility — free quick relationship readings for people who know their soul origins

Relationships and Compatibility — free quick relationship readings for people who know their soul origins

I am looking for some input from people I have worked with…specifically Akashic Record readers I’ve trained and people who have had an Akashic Record reading before (with me or with someone trained by me, or from the same lineage) who are in the following situation:

    • You know your own soul group of origin and Archangelic realm of training
    • You are in a committed romantic relationship which has lasted more than 1 year
    • You also know your partner’s soul group of origin and/or archangelic realm.

    OR

    • You know your own soul group of origin and Archangelic realm of training
    • You have a child/children and you know your child’s soul group of origin and/or archangelic realm.

I am currently updating my Intuitive Reading Program to include more info on relationship or parent/child compatibility between souls from certain soul groups and with certain Archangelic realms of training.

Think of this as a free, quick relationship reading. It probably won’t be very long…just a few comments.

I may also include a comment on the challenges or lessons of your particular combination, but note that this is done in the spirit of making your relationship work well!

This won’t be a black and white thing, where I tell you “no, you’re not compatible” or “yes, you are”. Any soul group combo can be compatible, with some adaptation and effort to understand one another.

This is about how you mesh together, with a positive lens (not a negative one.) Although if you want to give feedback about how you currently mesh together (or not) after I have delivered the quick reading, that is also most welcome.

Why I’m offering this for free

In exchange for the free, quick reading, you must allow me to include the insights on your soul group & your partner’s in my Intuitive Reading Program if I deem it helpful for my students. These insights will be included anonymously and nothing identifying about you or your partner will be included…it will just be a general comment on how the different soul groups mesh in terms of compatibility.

    How to contact me

If you would like some free insight on how your soul groups of origin (yours and your partner’s or yours and your child’s) intersect and complement one another, you can contact me through this page. You can expect to receive a reply within 2-6 weeks (depending on how many requests I get from people!) If I get inundated, it may take me a while.

In the email please state the following:

    1. Your soul group and Archangelic realm of training
    2. Your partner’s
    3. Or, if this applies to your child, your child’s
    4. If you know your primary life lesson and your partner’s or your child’s, also include that as it will give me more insight
    5. It’s fine to send info about both your partner and your child, if you know it.

Please only contact me if you meet the criteria above. Note the following:

    • I can’t do this reading for someone who doesn’t know their soul origins or their partner’s.
    • I can’t do this reading unless you absolutely know for your sure your soul origins and your partner’s. If you have guessed at your (or their) origins or speculated on it without having it confirmed by an Akashic Record reader (either yourself or someone else), this offering is NOT for you.

I won’t be able to reply to anyone who fails to meet the criteria set out above. Depending on the number of people who get in contact, I won’t be able to guarantee a response in every case, even if you meet the criteria, but I will do my best to reply to everyone. First come, first served applies!

  • Manifestation, LOA & The Solipsistic Trap

Note from Anna: this is an article by A.C. Winklier, a writer who has some interesting & well-written insights on the Law of Assumption, after practising conscious creation for many years.

When we were talking about writing a guest article, I suggested to him that he could write something about LOA & solipsism, because this is an element of the Law of Assumption that is quite hard to wrap one’s head around.

I remember many years ago when I was first exposed to what I now understand was the Law of Assumption on the blog of a personal development blogger, I was turned off by the apparently narcissistic and solipsistic way that this person was practising the Law. The implication of their writings was that they were the only person in the world and we were just “props” in the background. This isn’t the only time I’ve come across a Law of Assumption content creator assume a solipsistic stance. And this idea can make conscious creators uncomfortable or confused. So, the article below addresses this topic. Over to A.C…

At first brush, many of the teachings circulating in law of assumption and manifestation circles raise an important question: If I am capable of creating my own reality (or, at least, of attracting desired objects/experiences into my reality), what role do other people play in my life?

Am I engaged in some kind of metaphysical battle with those around me, each of us vying endlessly to have our desired reality find its manifestation in the world? Are others powerless and at the mercy of the world I choose to create, since I’m the one with the power to create it? Do “others” even exist? Am I the King/Queen of my own little universe while you’re King/Queen of yours, someone else is King/Queen of theirs, and none of our realities ever interact?

The metaphysical bases of manifestation can be confusing. And, in truth, you don’t really have to understand them to reap the rewards of cultivating a manifestation practice. But, there is an intellectual roadblock standing in the way of many spiritual seekers’ progress, and it’s one we’d benefit from investigating so that we might overcome it gracefully and without having our progress slowed.

    The Solipsistic Trap

In a philosophical context, “solipsism” is “the view or theory that the self is all that can be known to exist.” In simpler English, solipsism is the belief that you, as an individual self or person, are the only thing in the universe to truly exist; everything else that you experience is simply an out-projection of your mind with no existential basis of its own.

Very often, when people are first exposed to the law of attraction or other theories of manifestation, their first instinct is to turn to solipsism. They hear catchphrases like “You create your own reality,” and “Everything you experience is your mind pushed outward,” and assume that they must be the central figure in the story of life.

And I mean, what else are you supposed to take from a statement as explicit as “you create your own reality?” That phrase directly implies that I have my own personal reality. It implies solipsism.

But, there’s a problem. Much of the New Age curriculum (law of attraction/assumption and manifestation included) was constructed piecemeal out of different philosophies, ideologies, and schools of spiritual thought – some of them quite ancient. Ideas were lost in that construction, though. Things were mistranslated. And it’s only in those mistranslations that solipsism seems so inevitable.

So let’s go back for a moment and clear up the confusion.

A great portion of modern spirituality (again, with an emphasis on the law of assumption and manifestation) was founded on philosophies of non-duality. There are many different iterations of these philosophies spanning centuries and continents, but they all have the following belief in common:

Though reality appears to be fractional – though it appears to be composed of many different objects interacting with each other in a single shared world – it is not. Underlying reality is a unified force or substrate from which all objects arise and to which they eventually return. This “substrate” has been variously referred to as consciousness, awareness, beingness, God, “the universe,” and about a thousand other things.

An easy way to conceptualize this is by picturing sand castles on the beach. Though there might appear to be an entire city of castles rising out of the sand, none of those castles “exist” in their own right. Their existence is borrowed from the sand. Without sand, there are no castles; without castles, there continues to be sand. Sand is the fundamental reality of the beach and, thus, any castles that arise must arise out of, and be made of sand. There’s nothing else but sand, no matter how things might appear.

Now take that metaphor and replace “beach” with “world” and “sand” with “consciousness/awareness/beingness.” Though there appears to be a world – there appear to be towns and cities and people and lots of things going on – all of these apparencies are simply “borrowing” their existence from consciousness/awareness/beingness. Consciousness exists (the only fact we can actually be sure of) and, thus, anything that exists in consciousness (anything that we experience) must be made out of consciousness too, just like sand castles are made out of sand.

Here’s the point of this whole non-dual diversion:

When people use the phrase “you create your own reality,” they aren’t talking about “you” the individual mind – they’re talking about You, consciousness/awareness/beingness. They’re making the point that in essence, you aren’t your body or your mind or your personality/ego – those things are just castles in the sand. What you really are is this fundamental beingness that exists as the foundation of all reality.

Can you see now how solipsism becomes a trap? Solipsism assumes that the individual person is all that exists. That one singular castle is the foundational reality of the entire beach.

It’s an error in identifying one’s self as something more limited than it really is.

You, consciousness, create all reality – that includes the body/mind with which you identify and refer to as “me,” as well as everything else in the world. True spirituality is an expansion of self – “You” expand to include everything and everyone in the entire universe. That’s the opposite of solipsism, which isolates you from everything and everyone else.

I know this can be tricky to wrap your head around. But still, trying to understand this distinction can aid in our law of assumption practice.

As you work to manifest anything, try not to act as an individual – meaning, try not to feel as if your mind is at the controls. Step out of yourself and your ego and step into consciousness. Be a passive observer and “watch” the person you call “me” effortlessly attract the objects and experiences they desire. Let all manifestations arise not out of the mind of the person, but out of you, the beingness underlying that mind.

This will solve the solipsism issue. Instead of denying others their existence, you’ll be sharing in the existence of everything. Imagine yourself as a giant TV screen, on which whatever you’d like to watch will appear. You, the person, might appear as the main character, but will be no less part of the show than any other person or object. If the main character is having a hard time in life, don’t put the onus on them to “do” something and change their circumstances – just change the channel and choose to watch a show where the main character and everyone around them is flourishing.

This is a subtle shift but one that will make a world of difference in your manifestation practice.

As always, good luck – and many thanks to Anna for granting me the honor of guest posting on her blog.

  • Why Auric Capacity Matters for Manifesting Your Desires in Life (& How to Build It)

Why Auric Capacity Matters for Manifesting Your Desires in Life (& How to Build It)

According to the teachings of the Law of Assumption, the contents of your subconscious mind manifest your 3D reality. This is correct, but it’s only one part of the story.

The subconscious mind is part of your auric field. The entirety of your auric field (your “being”) is what manifests your 3D reality.

As I understand it, you receive vital life force from the Creator, and you process this through your auric field and condition it with the contents of your auric field (your emotionalised thoughts, reactions, beliefs, assumptions and the dominant energetic “quality” of your being) and you send this energy out from the front of your energy body into the quantum field, and your 3D reality re-arranges itself to match the quality of what you are emitting.

Your 3D reality is a reflection of who you are being, in the entirety of your auric/energy field.

Your auric field is composed of multiple energy bodies layered on top of one another. It’s also composed of other systems, such as your chakra system, meridian system, your subconscious mind (which is a part of your aura) and all kinds of information about your soul, including the patterns you came into this lifetime with (from past lives) – which are reflected in the chakra system.

If your energy field is small and the energy doesn’t flow well, you’ll be stuck in your 3D life.

If your energy field is expansive, big and flowing, your 3D life will flow and there will be expansive opportunities.

In this article I’m going to talk specifically about one of the things that can commonly block our manifesting capacity: a small, depleted energy field.

What constitutes a small energy field?

A small energy field is when the energy field (which should normally be up to 1-2 metres outside of the body) is depleted and reduced in size. In some cases, it can be so small that it looks ‘shrink wrapped’ (as a Craniosacral therapist I work with, calls it) to the body and at the point of collapse.

If your energy field is tiny, you have no energy to create and you are more likely to stay stuck in present circumstances.

If your energy field is spacious, full of light and big, you have plenty of energy at your disposal for conscious creation and manifesting your desired reality will be easier.

A small energy field occurs when we are being depleted by our life situation and relationships, and/or by our own negative thinking. It can also occur when we are not balancing energy depletion with energy nourishment.

Manifesting your desired reality may involve building your energy field so that you have more energy at your disposal for conscious creation. This is a more holistic view of conscious creation that you may want to consider if you have trouble manifesting your desires in life.

I’ve seen two manifesting teachers address this concept in their work (Dr Joe Dispenza and Vadim Zeland.) But I haven’t seen it discussed elsewhere. Personally I think this applies to manifesting anything.

A total collapse of the energy field

When I was acutely ill a couple of years ago, my energy field was collapsed, small and empty of light and energy. This kind of energy collapse can also be seen in people who are depressed, going through a lot of stress or burnout, and people in “survival mode” who have been there for a while.

This kind of burnout and depletion in the auric field is a big deal because this is the place where illness can manifest. When your energy field is depleted, your body has no energy for growth and repair, and it starts to break down. Once illness takes hold, it’s much harder to remove it — prevention is easier than cure. So I encourage everyone reading to actively take steps to build their energy field, not just for manifesting but for general health.

Here are the signs your energy body is too small and your manifesting capacity is stunted (note that you can sometimes quickly change the state of your energy body…depending on the scale of the depletion, so not all of the points below are necessarily cause for concern:)

    • You are tired
    • Your breathing is shallow or restricted
    • You have low HRV (heart rate variability)
    • You often feel stressed
    • Your muscles or fascia feel tight
    • You’re ill
    • You are burned out or heading that way
    • You feel stuck in life and your efforts to create change don’t produce results
    • You want change but you’re completely lacking in motivation to create it

Next I’m going to talk about what you need to do to build your energy field and ensure you have enough energy to create the life and circumstances you desire.

Let’s have a look first of all at what depletes the energy field.

    Where are you leaking energy?

    Stress and stressful relationships

Stress can deplete the energy field. The scale of the stress matters. If something is so stressful it’s very traumatic, it can deplete the energy field a lot. If it’s a small stress, it will only deplete very slightly.

    Toxic people and dynamics

Toxic people and dynamics in relationships are the number one thing that depletes the energy field.

There are people in the world who use others to bolster their energy field and these people are like energy thieves. Usually these are people who were parented inadequately or went through trauma in childhood and this created a void inside of them that they feel they cannot fill. They have no idea how to generate wellbeing from the inside and they depend on circumstances and relationships in the external world to feel OK about themselves. These people also perceive a strong sense of separation from Source and from the rest of the world. They think they need energy from others to fuel their life. They tear others down to build themselves up. These are your narcissists and emotional vampires, in psychological terms.

They commonly create drama and upset and then suck up the emotional energy that is directed their way. These people can deplete our energy field to the point that we get sick.

Clairvoyantly, I can see a narcissistic or energy vampire relationship where one person is fuelling the other.

In a healthy, loving relationship there is a solid connection between two people that looks like a green soul tie. Love and healthy regard is flowing back and forth between these two people freely and the connection is filled with that solid, heart-centred green energy. These are relationships that are healthy, mature and stable, and characterised by respect and care.

When a relationship is toxic, unhealthy or narcissistic, I see a cord between two people that is filled with sharp splinters of different coloured energy. There are a few splinters of green love energy in the connection but it’s mostly empty space filled with tiny splinters of lots of different types of energy. This type of connection may feel very intense and “busy”, with a lot of “chemistry” and a strong, magnetic pull, but it isn’t peaceful or stable. It depletes the energy field, usually of one of the people involved. If you feel an intense, magnetic and intoxicating pull towards someone, take note. Often it can be a toxic connection.

If you have a narcissist in your life who creates a lot of drama for you, your manifesting capacity will be stunted. Too much energy is going out to the narcissist or energy vampire and your energy field will be depleted as a result.

These people who deplete us don’t always have bad intentions — sometimes they are just behaving unconsciously according to their childhood programming. But they can still deplete us.

If you remove people who create a lot of stress in your life or restrict their access to you, you will build your energy field by keeping your energy for yourself. This is sometimes easier said than done, but I think it’s one of the best ways to take care of ourselves and increase our capacity to create the life we want.

Christiane Northrup, a women’s health doctor said in her book ‘Dodging Energy Vampires’ that she noticed that the women she’s worked with who have serious illnesses almost always have a toxic individual or narcissist in their lives who is drawing on their energy field. This can deplete them to such an extent that they are emptied out and that is when illness manifests in the body.

So, toxic connections can deplete the energy field to the point of exhaustion and even make us ill.

Grudges and a focus on the past

Something else that depletes your energy field is a focus on the past.

The medical intuitive Carolyn Myss explained this as follows: let’s say that you have $100 of energy per day given to you by the Creator.

(We all receive the same amount of life force from the Divine Intelligence. It’s how we use that energy that accounts for the varying results in our 3D.)

One person may spend $0 of their energy on the past whereas someone else may spend $75 of their $100 on the past. Carolyn Myss calls this “keeping a vigil at the tombs of the dead”. It takes tremendous energy to keep the past (aka the dead) alive.

If you spend a lot of mental energy thinking about your past or thinking about your ex and what he/she did to victimise you, or thinking about your parent and what a jerk they were, you are losing energy to the past. This will deplete your energy field, open you up to ill health, and stunt your ability to manifest what you do want.

How do you stop doing this?

Forgive and let go. Set the intention and pray to your higher self that a bridge of incidents opens up that allows you to let go and forgive. Note that forgiving does not necessarily mean trusting the person again or being involved with them. It’s more about releasing yourself and the other person from what happened.

Revise the events that caused the grudge.

Notice when you are thinking about the past during your day, interrupt those thoughts and put your focus elsewhere — on the future you want to create. Keep a mental diet.

How to build the energy body to give you more capacity to manifest the life you want

To take care of your energy body you need to balance anything that depletes you with those things that nourish you.

Here are some of my favourites for nourishing the energy body:

    • Taking care of the body – enough sleep, downtime, nourishing food, movement/exercise
    • Joe Dispenza’s meditations (these will build the energy field nicely – particularly the meditations in his ‘Synchronising Your Energy: to’ series…i.e. Synchronise Your Energy to: Health)
    • Positive visualisation/SATS
    • Yoga (when practised regularly this works to remove blocks to vital life force in the energy and physical bodies)
    • Craniosacral therapy – one of my absolute favourites to build the energy field
    • Gratitude
    • Acupuncture/acupressure
    • Vadim Zeland, in his amazing book Reality Transurfing has an exercise called “turning on your energy fountains” which involves expanding the capacity of your energy field by moving energy through the central meridians. I do this exercise daily and recommend it. (It can be found 51% of the way through the Kindle book.)

  • 2 Reasons NOT to Use the Law of Assumption to Change Your Reality

2 Reasons NOT to Use the Law of Assumption to Change Your Reality

Several weeks ago I sent out a survey to my newsletter subscribers and asked them if there are any topics they’d like me to write about or questions they would like to ask.

One of the questions I got was: “does using the Law of Assumption to manifest a new outcome take a lot of work?”

I am going to answer this question in this article. The answer is: it depends.

As you may know, I have been studying Neville Goddard’s work and the law of assumption (which I abbreviate to the LOA in this article) intensively for 2 years now. I’ve read dozens of books. I’ve hung out on message boards. I’ve tested the law in my life on everything from creating change in the behaviour of people around me to manifesting a partner, to manifesting better health. I’ve made notes on the manifesting techniques I’ve used and what the results were. I’ve worked with clients in my law of assumption strategy session. I’ve observed their results.

My biggest success has been that I clawed my health back from the brink 2 years ago. I was disabled and sick with a serious autoimmune disease that was attacking my brain and my joints. I was also sick with lots of other health issues. This decline in my health happened slowly over a period of 12-15 years before it culminated in what seemed at the time like a complete loss of health and functionality.

I made a lot of progress in my health over the 2 years and lost most of the diagnoses I had. I became asymptomatic without pharma drugs. I’m not 100% asymptomatic. I still have the odd day where I feel tired or get a bit of mild pain. However, I can stop symptoms in their tracks when they do show up.

I also manifested a house in the location I wanted, using the Law. I know it works, but I’ve come to believe it’s more nuanced than 90% of the contemporary LOA content creators out there say it is. And also more nuanced than Neville Goddard said it was.

In the last 2 years I’ve seen a lot of people fail to use the Law successfully. Through my experiences and all I’ve learned, I believe some people who use the techniques of the Law of Assumption or the Law of Attraction to create change will not succeed.

    Here’s why:

We are all starting off from different points and need different approaches. Most contemporary law of assumption/attraction teachings don’t address this.

When I started my journey, my spirit guides told me that I was paying off a kind of “debt” in my health that I talked about in detail in this article.

I didn’t really understand at the time what they were talking about. They told me that it would take 2 years to pay off this debt. I assumed maybe they were talking about the damage done to my body by the illness and the ways I’d abused my body over the years. I thought maybe it would take me 2 years to repair the damage to my body and then when I got to zero, I could start building health. That’s how I interpreted their guidance.

I now understand they weren’t just talking about body damage, they were talking about karmic debt. By karmic debt, I mean that I had negative patterns and garbage that I was carrying with me from childhood, and I believe those patterns actually had their origins in past lives. Those patterns partly caused my illness.

Over the course of 2 years, I had to do a tremendous amount of inner work to pay off that debt and release those patterns.

If we talk in monetary terms just as a symbol of energy, you could say that I was $1000 in debt 2 years ago. Recently I got to $0 and have started saving money (aka generating good health and good karma.) It now feels like I’ve got the wind at my back on a beautiful, sunny day whereas 2 years ago it felt like I was walking up a windswept hill in the pouring rain and the wind was blowing in my face and slowing me down.

What I’ve observed working with people is that in terms of karmic debt, some people come into practising the Law of Assumption with -$4000 (so, deeply in debt) and others come in with $100 (so, slightly in credit but still a bit poor.) Just to give two contrasting examples of where people can be at coming into this.

Those two people are going to be on completely different paths when it comes to manifesting and will need different approaches and techniques.

The more in karmic debt you are, the less likely it is that you will be able to create big changes in your life straight away with the Law of Assumption or Attraction.

The people who don’t have negative karma and are not carrying negative patterns from childhood or past lives will usually have no problems putting the techniques of the Law of Assumption to work and succeeding at it. They can succeed with SATS, affirmations, and more.

The people who have negative conditioning and patterns won’t succeed at those techniques quickly and instead will need to do specific types of inner work to change (such as revision and other types of inner work I detail in this article), and sometimes this inner work that is required may be extensive. Once those people have done the inner work to get to “$0”, they will see more success with manifesting techniques.

I think the Law of Assumption should be called the law of reflection.

Your 3D world is reflecting you back to you. We all receive vital life force from the Creator/Source and that passes through our auric field, and our subconscious mind (which is a part of our auric field). The contents of our auric field condition that vital life force. What we assume and believe conditions that vital life force (that’s the Law of Assumption at work.) Then the law of projection causes that conditioned energy to go out into the quantum field and the law of attraction causes that energy to attract like circumstances in the 3D.

The contents of our auric field is the sum total of our thoughts and beliefs up to this point. It is what we were taught and how we were conditioned in childhood. It also contains our past life karma and patterns (which I believe govern what our soul chooses as our childhood in the first place). It’s how balanced our chakra and nervous systems are.

We attract all of that back to us in our 3D circumstances. We see reflected back to us who we are unconsciously being.

For obvious reasons I’ve become fascinated with stories of what medicine calls “spontaneous remission” — people who had terminal cancers and degenerative diseases who healed from these and then led normal, healthy lives.

One of the things that became clear in studying “spontaneous remissions” is that the people who successfully healed a health condition that threatened their life were people who healed their identity. They had to deeply change who they were being on the level of their auric field and become someone new. If you are in karmic debt (i.e. weighed down by the past) you can’t just change the way you behave, think or how you feel on a dime. Those are all downstream consequences of who you are being; who you identify as and how you see yourself.

In my opinion, to create change through the law of assumption in any area of your life, when you are in karmic debt, you have to become a new person. Once you become a new person, then your thinking, feeling and behaviour changes.

In essence, Neville Goddard was teaching the art of change and transformation, although I do sometimes feel he didn’t go deep enough with it. He said “there is nothing to change but self.”

When you change the self, you change your health, your relationships, your finances, and more.

Many people are coming into the Law of Assumption community and expecting to see change when they have karmic debt. As an example, maybe they are in a toxic relationship, with poor mental and physical health and financial problems.

In situations like those, you are not going to create massive change with techniques like scripting, affirmations and SATS in a short period of time.

If you’re in karmic debt, the work often needs to go deeper.

You need to change who you are being. But how do you change yourself? You can’t just make a switch overnight. You can’t even do it all by your (human) self. Basically you need prayer (a dialogue with the Divine) and you need grace.

I believe that you need to set an intention and then be ready for what shows up on the bridge of incidents. You essentially pray to your higher self or soul that this is the outcome you want. You give your higher self the coordinates “I want to improve my health” or “I want to earn X amount per year” and your higher self has to track a course to take you there.

Your higher self sees a lot further than you do. It knows what your blocks are and it knows what your childhood/karmic patterns and wounds are.

It knows what you have to overcome to reach your destination.

Your higher self is a branch of the Divine “tree”. It’s a piece of God energy and if you set your intention in this way, it will create miracles. Grace will be at work in your life. You will get there in time.

BUT if you are in karmic debt, a lot may be required of you on this journey that goes way beyond a bit of scripting or saying some affirmations.

There needs to be more honesty about what the journey can look like

Depending on how big your karmic debt is, your bridge of incidents can occasionally involve the complete opposite of what you asked for.

Let’s say that you are manifesting a partner but you have in the past attracted abusive partners because of your childhood traumas.

Your bridge of incidents may involve attracting yet another abusive partner so that you can finally heal from this pattern. It may bring you to your knees in the process.

If you set these intentions in earnest and you have a karmic debt, you will unleash forces that could ask a lot of you and you should be prepared for anything.

You may need to lose something before you can gain the thing you want.

This is mostly glossed over in the Law of Assumption/Law of Attraction community. Or it’s treated like a temporary inconvenience and people are told to “persist”. People often feel shame that they tried so hard at the techniques but they got the opposite of what they asked for and another disaster. But it’s not uncommon for people with karmic debts to be sent adversity as part of their process of healing an old pattern which is keeping them stuck in their lives.

This happened to me in the last 2 years. In fact, something terrible happened to me in the last 2 years; something I consider one of the worst things that ever happened to me in my life. This was a profound healing opportunity that healed my ancestral line and was a key part of my transformation.

It takes grit to work through the crap that may show up. There are opportunities in the crap — you have to to see the opportunity to change and heal an old pattern. You have to look for the lesson.

What many people choose to do is become a victim to whatever happened and say the LOA doesn’t work because it brought them the opposite of what they wanted. It does work, but if you pray for patience, you’ll manifest a line at the bank.

If you pray for something significant that requires you to essentially become someone new in order to get it, you’ll get an opportunity to change or heal yourself and it may not be pretty. You may end up on your knees with your face in the dirt.

So reason #1 for not using the Law of Assumption to transform your life:

Do you really want change? What if creating change means your soul brings you adversity as an opportunity to change? Do you still want it? What if creating change means losing your relationship? What if it means losing your job?

All of these things can happen on your bridge of incidents if you are creating massive change. Don’t set an intention to create change through the LOA unless you’re prepared for things like that to happen.

Note that it doesn’t happen to everyone or even most people on this path, but this sort of thing can happen and it did happen to me.

In addition, the amount of work I’ve put in to change has essentially been a part time job for 2 years.

I’ve had to heal my core wounds in a process that felt deeply humbling and painful.

I did long water fasts, which were gruelling and brought me face to face with my biggest insecurities.

I revised 100+ memories from childhood, but again, it was hard going.

I lost some of my friends on this path, including a dear friend I’d had for several years.

I had to cut out family members. (Some of those people were toxic or just living in a chaotic way, and the stress leaked into my life.)

    I had to move house.

My worldview has changed profoundly. I don’t see the conventional medical establishment the same anymore. I’ve lost the sense of safety and security I once had in the government and authorities (especially health ones). I am more disillusioned with the world than I was before I began this process of manifesting change.

I don’t prioritise money or profit anymore. My ambitions for my material life have gone out of the window, beyond having my basic needs met.

In the end, I had to become a new person and live differently.

It probably would have just been easier to go on medication and carry on my life as it was before, like so many other patients do (or have to do because of their responsibilities like taking care of children and full time jobs.)

I am not about to take meds, and I don’t regret my path, but my point is that changing the self in this way, in order to create big change in the 3D is not for everyone.

Don’t set big intentions unless you’re ready for this.

There are no shortcuts if you’re deep in karmic debt. You have to do the work.

I realise that not everyone using the LOA is using it to fix something as big as a degenerative dis-ease. And what I’m saying in this article probably does not apply to all things you’re trying to manifest (and especially not smaller intentions like a small increase in income or manifesting a seat in business class on a flight.) But I think it particularly applies to manifesting a good relationship when your personal life has been a dumpster fire for years. Or manifesting yourself out of a serious health diagnosis. Or manifesting financial abundance when you’ve never experienced anything other than lack.

Where are you on this karmic scale? How much work do you need to put in? Read this article to find out. If you’ve had a lot of ups and downs in your life — cycles where things go well and then they turn to crap, then you undoubtedly have bad karma to clear.

I also want to say that although it can feel like a slog, the payoff of clearing bad karma can be fantastic. I have more abundance, more authenticity, more joy, more love in my life and more connectedness since I’ve been on this journey. I feel like I am now the person I was always meant to be.

Let’s have a look at the second reason for not using the Law of Assumption:

You may not be able to keep what you manifested.

I did a write up on my blog of an interview with Cynthia Stafford who manifested $112m on the lottery in 2007. Like many lottery winners, she later went bankrupt.

Here’s another problem with manifesting: in order to keep what you manifest, you must be worthy of it. Or more accurately, you must not feel unworthy of what you manifest.

You are the only one who decides how worthy you are. Whatever you believe about your worthiness is what will be reflected back to you in the 3D.

The world or your caregivers growing up may have taught you something about whether or not you’re worthy, but essentially if you were given past negative messages about your worthiness in the area of love, finances or health, you must heal them in order to keep what you manifest.

Worthiness is less likely to be a problem for people who were brought up by loving individuals. But it can be work for lots of us who weren’t. If this applies to you, this means that somehow, in order to keep what you manifest, you have to find a way to love yourself and consider yourself valuable. You must treat yourself the way you would treat a dear friend or your precious, beloved child. You must awaken to the fact that you are a branch of the Divine and you have the Divine creative power within you, to shape your world. This is what self-esteem is — you esteem yourself as a creator and you understand the power you have. And to know yourself as a creator means you must practise using the Law. This usually means that you return to your true nature and knowing who you really are on the soul level. You may have to release earthly illusions and lies about yourself; lies you may not even know you believe in, and if you don’t know you believe in them, how do you uncover them? That’s a journey in itself.

If you think this applies to you, you might want to take my self concept quiz in this article. If you agreed with many points, you need to do some work on worthiness and self-concept.

So, if this does apply to you, this is one more reason not to bother with the Law of Assumption, unless you are willing to work on self-love. Are you willing to do that, on top of everything else?

I have been in the process of creating a Law of Assumption online course teaching people to manifest money but I’ve become disillusioned with the scale of the task at hand for all of these reasons…

    1. Practising the Law of Assumption takes a lot of work for some people for the reasons I explain in this article. People may need to revise or work on themselves extensively to reach their desire — and they may need to do it on their timeline, not on mine or the timeline I set for the online course.

    2. Keeping the money you manifest is another issue. How do I teach people who lack self-worth to love themselves enough to keep the money they manifested? Many of my wonderful clients have worthiness issues. This is a whole other course in itself.

    3. Do people know that if you want massive change your higher self may choose to blow up your life? What happens if people require support through those changes? What happens if they regret it?

    4. How do you teach all of this to people who may have no sense of spirituality outside of believing in the LOA and who use it like a magic trick to get what they want? (Loads of LOA YouTubers and people in LOA communities are coming from that standpoint.)

People who have no beliefs at all who are coming into LOA communities and treating (and even teaching) the LOA as if it’s the only thing in God’s creation. It isn’t. It’s a law that intersects with many other laws. It’s not separate from the law of oneness, the law of karma and the law of natural rhythms (which means that your manifestation “has its own appointed hour”, as Neville Goddard put it, and may take 24 hours, 24 days, 24 months or even 24 years.)

You also need to be self directed, self motivated, persistent and intuitive to use the Law of Assumption successfully. You may need to be like a detective when it comes to assessing your subconscious thinking (most of us have no idea what we’re broadcasting subconsciously). You also have to have resources (like time) and you need to be spiritually open. If you’re looking for a teacher to just tell you what to do and you don’t trust yourself and your own intuition, you are more likely to fail. Your higher self needs to be your teacher. I don’t think I could have succeeded without my intuition guiding me the whole way.

On top of this, if you really succeed in creating deep change in who you are being, what you are thinking and how you are feeling (and this is often required to change your 3D reality), you might get some pushback from your ego and body. Did you know that the body becomes addicted to the neuropeptides created by your dominant states and emotions? Joe Dispenza goes into this in depth in his book ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’. If you are someone who has been angry and bitter, or depressed and down on yourself for years, your body expects to feel the emotions associated with those states. So, when change comes, the body may rebel and try to get you to go back to how things were. When you take those habitual emotions away, some people feel anxiety, panic or sadness because of the changes. So there’s also that to contend with for some. (I experienced this, too.)

I feel guided to support people in this area but I am wondering if instead of creating a manifesting money course I will be teaching self-love or holding revision groups to support people in revising their past. Or maybe I will end up creating that money manifesting course but it will be a massive undertaking like some of my other online courses.

I know that I have many Law of Assumption practitioners in my audience. I’m interested in hearing peoples’ views on whether there is something they’d like to see from me.

I hope this article isn’t too negative but I wouldn’t be in integrity if I didn’t present my experiences as a conscious creator authentically to you. I may be overcomplicating things, but my experiences have shown me that for people with karmic ‘baggage’, creating change IS complicated.

If you resonate with this and you’re interested in releasing your karmic complexes, use this article to help you.

  • The Power of Water Fasting for Spiritual Healing and Transformation

The Power of Water Fasting for Spiritual Healing and Transformation

In this article, I’m going to talk about how water fasting has helped me deeply transform myself and my life.

Just a quick note that this is just a sharing of my experiences with water fasting. Water fasting is not suitable for everyone. You should consult your relevant medical professional before embarking on a water fast. This article does not constitute medical advice.

About 20 years ago on a trip to visit family in New Zealand, I got the worst bout of food poisoning I have ever had.

I spent around 10 days in bed, unable to keep much down, including water. I didn’t eat during that time. Surprisingly, I didn’t die (obviously) from the lack of food and water. I just dropped a dress size and mostly wasted my trip overseas lying in bed.

However, if you listen to the conventional medical “wisdom”, going without food for days is a terrible idea, and could even kill you or land you in hospital.

It is true that water fasting IS a bad idea for some people (especially people on medications, with eating disorders, underweight people and pregnant/nursing women.)

But as a species we are physiologically evolved to go without food for certain periods of time. Our ancestors did it in times of scarcity. We know that we as humans are evolved to water fast because we have a separate system of extracting energy from our fat reserves in the absence of food (ketosis) that most of us never use. We also store some of the nutrients we need to function in the liver and in fatty tissues, enabling us to be nourished to some extent even when food is absent.

I’d heard a lot about the physical healing benefits of water fasting and so in 2022, I decided to give it a go.

My first water fast was a 3 day one. Then I did a 7 day fast. After that, I did a 12 day fast, working with fasting coach Tallis Barker, since it was such a long fast. One year later, I did a 20 day water fast.

At first, I was seeking the physical health benefits of water fasting more than anything else (and there were a few.) But what surprised me most about water fasting were the emotional and spiritual benefits.

Next, I’m going to talk about what I think these benefits are.

Water fasting can reveal you to yourself

Besides the obvious hunger, the most noticeable thing that happens for me when I water fast is that my ego and “monkey mind” completely switch themselves off.

From a spiritual perspective, this can be unbelievably helpful, and for many of us fasting can facilitate a temporary change from ego consciousness to soul consciousness. Basically, it allows us to tap into our higher selves (or God/Source/Spirit) without the “monkey mind” interfering so much.

The “monkey mind” is part of your ego consciousness. It is the part of you that that narrates your life, worries, pokes holes in things, and monitors perceived incoming threats. Some people may have a neutral relationship with the monkey mind (I once knew someone who told me he gets bored when he’s not around people, because he doesn’t really have many thoughts!)

But I think it’s more common for the monkey mind to be an active and oppressive influence in peoples’ lives, simply because it comes from that ancient reptilian part of us that wants us to survive. The monkey mind doesn’t really care about much except our survival, which is why its focus can often be quite negative and scarcity driven.

The monkey mind can often encourage us to stay safe, not put ourselves out there, be overly cautious, avoid rejection, and see everything as a competition for resources. It doesn’t help us to grow — it is more likely to keep us stuck. It can parrot any hidden, subconscious limiting beliefs back to us in the form of negative thoughts.

As I mentioned, when I water fast, the monkey mind completely disappears (I suspect this happens because it hasn’t got access to the glucose it needs to function) and this creates an unusually serene and receptive space where all kinds of interesting things float to the surface, without the ego trying to hide them from me.

In my experience, here’s what can float to the surface during a water fast:

    • Hidden limiting subconscious beliefs, with absolute clarity
    • Painful emotions or memories, which can then be released
    • I also tend to get clarity and guidance about my next steps in life and anything that needs changing – especially the kind of guidance that Spirit has previously been attempting to get to me, but the monkey mind has scoffed at and discarded
    • A spontaneous letting go of an attachment to someone or something
    • Experiencing forgiveness for oneself or another spontaneously, without trying or wishing for it to happen.

I’ve had all of these things happen during a water fast, and I think they happened precisely because my ego was offline.

An Example of what this looked like

During one water fast (this was a 3 day fast) I finally became aware of a very damaging subconscious pattern I’d been running for most of my life, which was blocking me from manifesting my desires in life.

Here’s how I identified it during the fast:

I use a language learning app to practice the 2 foreign languages I learned at University 20 years ago.

I did have a vague awareness that this app often made me feel tense or bad, but it was hard for me to “pin it down” and understand why.

During the fast, because my mind was a place of peace, I had the same bad feeling using the app but this time (with no monkey mind or ego resistance blocking it) the insights came in thick and fast.

Uncovering the limiting belief behind this

One of my parents was emotionally abusive, occasionally giving me the impression they admired me but also frequently giving me the message that I was incompetent and useless.

In childhood and for the first 27 years of my life I was given the message that I was:

    • not good enough
    • could not do enough to satisfy this person
    • didn’t do things well enough.

This message was painful and the parent in question was unwilling to consider the impact this behaviour had on me or make a change, so I ended up cutting contact with them many years ago. (Now I understand they were just stubbornly repeating the messages they received from their parent, my grandmother.)

I knew how toxic the behaviour was but I hadn’t realised how deeply this message was embedded in my subconscious mind, until I water fasted.

When I fasted, my mind was like a peaceful lake.

Up through the surface of the lake, came the clues that I hadn’t been able to piece together before and now they were like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle forming a clear picture that I could see.

During this fast, I was shown scenes from my life.

I was deeply distressed doing my high school exams and obsessed with getting perfect results, but I didn’t know why.

When I did my final exams at University (studying French and Spanish – the 2 languages I was practising in the app) I was so distressed that I developed a repetitive strain injury from writing and holding my pen very tensely. I was really tense and scared because I didn’t feel I was going to measure up.

I was told multiple times by my peers and teachers at University that I lacked confidence, but I never really related to this.

When I was 22, I Googled the phrase “how to stop being such a perfectionist” but the search results didn’t really help me at the time.

When I learned the Argentine tango, I often found the learning process upsetting because it is a hard dance to learn and you can spend the first 1-2 years dancing poorly. The lack of confidence in myself and what I was capable of was really notable, and it drove my progress forward in that dance in a way that was probably quite dysfunctional. I was not learning the tango mostly out of love and passion for the dance (although I did love it), but out of a sense of not being good enough. Improving my dance became an obsession that was about gaining self-worth artificially.

I suddenly knew where this obsession came from. While learning the tango a few years ago, I had flashbacks of practising the piano as a young child and being kicked off my chair because my parent didn’t feel I was sufficiently devoted to the piano or good at it (I wasn’t and I hated it.) I sometimes felt terrified that someone was going to hit me when I was learning the tango and when I was still not dancing very well.

And worst of all, I went throughout my day with a voice narrating everything, making a list of everything I hadn’t done that day and telling me what a disappointment I was. That I don’t do enough, am lazy and the things I do do, are not done well enough. It was like a toxic black cloud that hung over my days and my life and this voice had got louder and meaner as the years passed.

These insights in retrospect seemed so utterly obvious but they still made me gasp in horror when I pieced them all together and understood the stranglehold this belief that “I wasn’t good enough” had had over my life.

I was so habituated to this critical voice that I barely noticed its presence. I only noticed the effects of what it was saying.

And the more I heard this critical voice, the less I did because I didn’t feel good enough for the things I wanted to do. I actually think this belief ran my life, making me ill and depressed in 2021-2022. The sicker I became, the less I did because I lacked the energy. Then the vicious cycle would continue with the voice berating me even more about the lack of activity or achievement.

I am glad that I tried out water fasting because it created a receptive, peaceful space, allowing this belief to fully come out of the subconscious and to the surface for the first time. Turning off the monkey mind made me notice what it spent most of its time telling me. It enabled me to really notice, with absolute clarity:

    • I didn’t feel good enough.
    • I didn’t think I would ever measure up.
    • I wasn’t a very confident person in many areas of my life.
    • I felt that I could never “do” enough.

I did have an inkling my whole life that I sometimes lacked confidence, but I definitely didn’t understand the extent of it.

So that was one life-changing experience with water fasting and the most helpful one.

What I did to change this belief that I wasn’t good enough

I am sharing this next part because I know that this is a belief many of my clients have suffered from, because of childhood conditioning or the effects of the capitalistic society we live in, which makes us feel deficient so that we will then buy stuff to fix our “deficiencies”.

To change this belief, I made a list of all my achievements in life and when the monkey mind started up its nonsense about how I’m not good enough, I said ‘no’ and listed them all out, hammering the monkey mind with them. I included absolutely everything I have achieved, even the smaller things like “I passed my driving test” 🙂 and “I can cook.”

I noticed the monkey mind narrating throughout the day and I replied to it with loving thoughts about being good enough and all being well. I felt so good saying these things to myself and the toxic black cloud started to dissipate.

I also said affirmations such as:

    I am so capable

    I am so strong

    Look at everything I’ve achieved

    I am good enough

I don’t have to do anything to be good enough

I don’t have to be perfect to be loved

I am loved even when I make mistakes

    I do enough

    My best is good enough

    There’s nothing wrong with me

    There’s everything right with me.

I think these kinds of affirmations are particularly helpful for people who grew up with a critical/emotionally abusive/narcissistic caregiver.

Finally, to eradicate this negative belief I used my language app not only to learn languages but also as a mindfulness practice

I made the connection between my traumatic final exams at University (I studied French and Spanish) and using the languages app to practise those languages. I noticed how small and overwhelmed I felt when I considered all the French and Spanish vocabulary I’d never have time to learn and what my monkey mind said my deficiencies were as a linguist.

I noticed the tension that came up when I was using the app. I noticed the monkey mind narration telling me I’m wasting my time and to not bother. I said affirmations to counter those thoughts when they came up and I met those negative feelings without resistance, and loved myself through it.

According to studies in psychology, it takes approximately 45 days to form a new neural pathway in the brain and prune an old one. This was something I needed to work at daily, over a period of weeks, in order to change.

    In conclusion…

I believe water fasting can be a very powerful tool for spiritual evolution, healing and raising consciousness. It does seem to facilitate helpful inner work spontaneously. Long (14-40 day) fasting is one of the most powerful ways to cleanse past life karmic wounds, traumas and complexes out of your body and your life. Past life (and present life) traumas are stored in the etheric and physical bodies, and the cleansing action of fasting appears to force the trauma out of these bodies for healing. The cleansing power continues for up to two months following a water fast. I have experienced this myself on my most recent 20 day water fast.

For balance, I feel I should talk about some of the downsides of water fasting, too:

    • Water fasting can be hard and a slog for some people (it was for me.) I got really hungry and was absolutely obsessed with food throughout my water fasts, although I’ve noticed that people often report that water fasting is easier than they expected, so my experience may not be typical
    • I couldn’t work more than a couple of hours per day or get much done around the house while fasting, as my energy was so low, and apparently this is a common experience. It isn’t ideal to do a long water fast while working a full time job and you probably wouldn’t benefit from the full healing power of a water fast unless you were resting.
    • It can be depleting nutritionally (I took a whole array of vitamins and individual trace minerals for a couple of months before and after my fast, in an attempt to mitigate this.)

How to Change Your Future Lifetimes and Manifest Your Desires by Releasing Your Bad Karma & Generating More Good

This is a very long article that contains realisations that I have had about karma, my soul’s purpose and the wider environment we’re all living in.

In this article I’m going to share what I now understand about karma and releasing it, and I’ll set out a framework for:

    1. Stepping into your purpose as a lightworker and making whatever contribution you feel you are here to make

    2. Changing the course of your future, including your future lifetimes

    3. Getting exactly what you want in life

To start with, a bit of background on how I got to writing this article…

Someone who studied with me as an Akashic Record reader recently told me that they’d come across an unusual case in their work — they had read for a client who had had no previous earthly lifetimes. This was the client’s first lifetime here on Earth.

(When we do Akashic Record readings for people, we research the soul’s history, including how many earthly lifetimes the soul has had.)

“That’s interesting.” I thought. But I filed it away in my brain. I hadn’t ever come across a soul who was a “first timer” here on earth. (The people I have personally read for over the last 16 years have all had between 30-200 previous earthly lifetimes.)

A few weeks later, I read a book by noted hypnotherapist, author and teacher Dolores Cannon.

The book was: ‘Three Waves of Volunteers & The New Earth’

(In case you haven’t heard of Dolores Cannon (1931-2014), she was a past life regressionist and hypnotherapist for 50 years who regressed thousands of people. She found that when she regressed people, they regressed not only to past lives, but also to life between lifetimes and life in other places or on other planets. She wrote many books sharing her experiences with clients and the knowledge she amassed about the nature and purpose of life here on Earth.)

Her book ‘Three Waves of Volunteers & The New Earth’ was about an interesting phenomenon that Dolores noticed at one point in her career.

Dolores began to notice that in her regression work, she would sometimes come across clients who had had no previous lifetimes on earth. The client under hypnosis with no previous earthly lives would always explain that they were here on Earth to be a “volunteer”. Here’s the blurb from the book which explains what this was all about:

In 1945 when the atomic bombs were dropped in WWII, our “protectors” and “watchers” in outer space saw that Earth was on a collision course with disaster. The prime directive of non-interference prevented them from taking any action, but then they came up with a brilliant plan to save Earth and assist her in her ascension. They couldn’t interfere from the “outside”, but maybe they could influence from the “inside”. So the call went out for volunteers to come and help. “Earth is in trouble – who wants to volunteer?”

The native souls living on Earth were too caught up on the wheel of karma. The only hope was to ask for pure souls to come who had never been trapped on the karmic cycle.

Dolores in her hypnosis work has discovered three waves of these volunteers. Some have come direct from the “Source” and have never lived in any type of physical body before. Others have lived as space beings on other planets or other dimensions. Because all memory is erased upon entry to the Earth dimension, they do not remember their assignment. Thus these beautiful souls have a difficult time adjusting to our chaotic world. These souls have a vital role to play as they help all of the rest of us ascend to the New Earth.

    Fascinating stuff.

I also believe that almost all of the souls who get a reading with me are starseed souls who are also here partly to help planet earth ascend in its consciousness to the point where we are incapable of using nuclear energy to destroy ourselves and this planet.

This doesn’t mean that we are all here with some grand purpose to be a leader, a healer, or a helper. But we can help to tip earth towards positivity (rather than total destruction) by living in positive energy, living our lives in a loving way and being a good person. Or even simply enjoying our lives, living them to the fullest, and spreading that joie de vivre to others by osmosis. Doing this raises the vibration of the planet in a subtle way.

But if you see the bolded statement above, some (but not all) of us are too caught up on the wheel of karma to be able to do this effectively or fully. Some souls are trapped in old stories. This is what differentiates us from these waves of new volunteers.

In this article, I’m going to talk about how this bad karma can be released so that we can fully reach our potential as lightworkers, not just so we can have what we want in life but also so that we can do what we came here to do.

(Releasing old karma is a process I’ve been going through intensively in the last 2 years so I know a lot about it.)

First of all, let’s look at what karma is

Dolores Cannon’s definition of karma is the baggage and garbage that we amass through many lifetimes.

    It’s quite simply negativity.

Bad karma is essentially our accumulated stories and conditioning over many lifetimes. It’s our limiting stories about ourselves, about life and the world.

These stories govern what kind of family situation and environment we choose to incarnate into. Then our family or environment programs us in ways that reflect our karma, or our soul’s limiting stories.

Then we go forth into adult life attracting experiences based on our conditioning (which is our karma.)

Then we find ourselves in situations we don’t want.

Many starseed souls here are stuck in their karmic stories and complexes and cannot seem to move beyond them. They repeat the same mistakes, traumas, experiences and stories lifetime after lifetime. And unless an effort is made to change, they will be here again in 100 years time doing the same stuff they did last time.

    What’s your karmic story?

If you think you have a karmic complex or story, but you’re unsure, try this exercise:

Think of something big or significant that you’d really like to achieve in your life, and you’ve made efforts to in the past, but you haven’t been able to achieve it so far.

Maybe it’s a greater level of financial abundance.

    Maybe it’s a romantic relationship.

Maybe it’s the release of a health condition.

    Perhaps it’s a successful business.

    Maybe it’s all of these.

The reasons why you haven’t created these things yet is your karma; your soul’s negative stories that it’s amassed over many lives.

When I was doing Law of Assumption strategy sessions (aka manifesting work) with people (which are now on pause) as I gained experience working with people in this way, I started to explore why the client hadn’t yet created what they wanted. Every single time, I bumped up against peoples’ limiting karmic stories. These stories were not limited to this present lifetime but repeated over many lifetimes.

For example, if you are trapped by a circumstance in this lifetime and you feel powerless about that circumstance (for example, maybe you feel trapped in a bad relationship and you won’t exit it even though you have that choice) you can be sure that your most recent past lives have had this element of being trapped and powerless.

Maybe in a past life you were financially trapped by a benefactor, maybe you were a prostitute who needed to survive and was trapped by that kind of work, or maybe you spent a lifetime imprisoned.

I believe that our desires in this lifetime are a means to set us free from our old karma

Our desires are given to us in this life as an invitation to release our old karma and no longer be bound by it.

For example, if you desire financial freedom, that is your soul inviting you to get out of the energy of survival, lack and fear and instead live from a place of security and freedom. How you do that is you release bad karma and amass good karma which can help you to reach that goal. When you do this, you not only achieve your desire but you ascend in your consciousness and the entire ecosystem of this planet benefits from your ascension in consciousness.

Your desires (the ones you can’t seem to achieve right now) are sacred pointers to where your soul needs you to grow and change. If you don’t accept the desire and move towards manifesting it, you’ll come back here again in your next lifetime with exactly the same desire and the same blocks.

How I’ve released my bad karma over the last 2 years and started amassing more good karma

2 years ago I was disabled with a serious dis-ease and the prognosis long term wasn’t that great. 10-20% who had the dis-ease died from it. Most people with this illness also stopped working after a while and according to surveys, many patients lose their important relationships (probably because it isn’t easy being around someone who has no energy, is depressed, and in constant pain).

I felt that the choice I was presented with in that moment was very binary.

I had 2 choices — one was life and vitality, and the other was decline.

Which was I going to choose? I knew I could only choose life. But in order to get there, I had to completely transform myself.

I didn’t know how to do it so I set my intention and let my guides and higher self direct my path.

I now see that the dis-ease I was faced with, was actually an accumulation of bad karma.

By bad karma, I don’t mean that I did a bunch of stuff in past lives that was bad and needed to be punished.

It meant that on the soul level, I was carrying a lot of accumulated stories, baggage and garbage. I came into this life with a bunch of patterns that were limiting and therefore, the environment I grew up in and the conditioning and trauma I experienced reflected that.

Then I went forth into my adult life repeating that conditioning — feeling certain bad feelings and thinking bad thoughts (not all of the time, but often). This was essentially past life and present life trauma following me around and making me sick on multiple levels.

In order to heal myself I had to release that bad karma and start amassing more good karma.

This is how I manifested good health again and became asymptomatic without drugs.

On a spiritual level, I now see that in the last couple of years I’ve been on an intensive project of burning off bad karma. I thought I was healing an illness and releasing depression, but the illness was just an external manifestation of what was going on in my soul and my karmic debts.

As I’ve been through this process of releasing, my life has changed profoundly. Old negative situations that repeated time and again, have left my life, and people who brought stress into my life or were no longer a good fit for the new me, also exited. My beliefs and view on the world have shifted a lot.

I now feel myself to be in the position of having released much bad karma (I can’t say I’ve released all of it — I think that would be hubris to declare so) and a natural focus towards the positive has taken hold. I’m finally amassing good karma without being so trapped by the bad. I’ve changed the trajectory of my life and future lifetimes.

How karma manifests itself in your life

Back to Dolores Cannon’s idea that many lightworkers are so trapped on the wheel of karma that they’ve become ineffective…

Obviously this was true for me in that I could no longer work at one point. And although my business has had some degree of success for the last 16 years, I was also affected by low energy in those 16 years, which held me back.

Some (but not all) of my clients and students are stuck on this wheel of karma, too.

Some of the people I’ve worked with are not stuck in situations they wish to transcend. But many are.

I’ve trained lightworkers who although their dearest wish is to create a business using what they’ve learned, they just won’t because something invisible is holding them back.

Some of my clients have had a dream or a mission but bad health limits them.

I have worked with lots of people who are stuck in various situations they feel powerless to move beyond.

Some of us are so busy grappling with our own life problems that we live from a low vibrational place and can’t fully contribute what we’re here to contribute.

Here are the signs you’ve got bad karma

    • You had a bad childhood that still affects you
    • You’re ill or have a physical ailment that limits or affects your life (although note that illness isn’t an expression of bad karma in 100% of cases)
    • You’re in pain, physically, emotionally or spiritually
    • You’re depressed
    • You’re struggling financially
    • You can’t get what you want out of life and you’re frustrated
    • You have bad relationships that cause you pain
    • You’re lonely
    • You feel you aren’t fulfilling your purpose or reaching your potential
    • You’re not enjoying your life that much

Signs you aren’t saddled with bad karma

    • You have good relationships
    • You feel connected to the rest of humanity
    • You’re engaged in meaningful or enjoyable work
    • You’re enjoying your life
    • You have enough money to live on
    • You’re in good health.

This isn’t a binary thing — some of us have a little bad karma and some have lots.

Next for those of you who recognise you’re on the karmic wheel to some degree, I’m going to talk about how to release your bad karma and start amassing good. There’s a lot of methods in here for doing it but you don’t have to do it all — you could just choose one thing.

If you have a life that is terrible and you want to turn it around quickly, you will need to do multiple things to burn off your bad karma and amass the good. You can make a radical transformation in 1-2 years if you put a lot of work in.

Note that many of the ideas in this article can be found in most major religions and spiritual traditions. There’s not a lot that I am going to tell you that can’t be found elsewhere, although I hope I am putting it into a more practical and holistic context for you.

Let’s start with how to release your bad karma and stop amassing it

    1. Release your negative stories about the people in your life, to set them free

I recently watched a fascinating account of a near death experience where a woman died during anaphylaxis and was given spiritual insights from God during her time on the ‘other side’, and then returned to her body.

One of the things she said that God told her was that our negative thoughts and ideas about people go out to them and harm them.

For example, maybe you believe your mother is a terrible person based on the fact that she abused you in childhood.

Every time you identify her as being that way, that thought goes out to her and she stays a jerk or becomes even more of a jerk.

This is something the Christian mystic and manifesting teacher Neville Goddard taught — that there are infinite versions of the people around us. We get the one we focus on, based on who we believe that person is.

If you see the best in people, you will get it.

If you see the worst in people, you will get that, too.

If you’re stuck in a negative story about someone, revise it. Forgive them. Send them love. Do a loving kindness meditation that focuses on them. When thoughts of them come up as “he’s selfish” or “she’s lazy” counter them. Focus on a version of them that isn’t that way — it does exist.

If they’re abusive, don’t stick around or be in their presence. Don’t put up with bad behaviour.

But realise the sickness originates in you, not in them.

If you want to change a person’s behaviour, you need to change you. Neville Goddard said “there is nothing to change but self.”

You can also use the Ho’oponopono prayer to help with this. The Hawaiian therapist Huw Len healed a ward full of mentally ill criminals by using this Ho’oponopono prayer. He believed the sickness was in him and how he was seeing them, and not in them.

Some may believe this is victim blaming, but I truly and profoundly believe this to be true. I’ve radically changed how I’ve seen a couple of people in my life and seen astonishing transformations.

So, persisting in negative stories about other people is one way to create bad karma.

Forgiving and opening up to see a new version of that person (or just letting them go) is how you can release the bad karma.

If you’d like to see the video of the NDE which talks about this concept, you can watch it here. (and the segment about changing thoughts about other people is at 11:45.)

    2. Have a meditation practice

Various spiritual traditions know that meditation helps us to release bad karma to some degree because meditation helps to control the mind and the negative thoughts we send out about others and about situations.

Dr Joe Dispenza’s meditations will burn off bad karma if you do them consistently. So will mindfulness meditation or other guided meditations.

The key is consistency. It won’t help you if you do it once a week. You would need to do it at least several times per week.

    3. Releasing negative emotions and thoughts in general

One of the most powerful ways to release bad karma and stop generating it is to release negative thoughts and emotions.

A spiritual teacher I follow (A.C. Winklier) teaches a method to do this which seems to be based on the Sedona Method.

Releasing is a lot simpler than I thought it would be.

All it involves is recognising that we are pure consciousness. Our consciousness is like the sky. Fearful or negative thoughts and feelings are like clouds that obscure the sky. They come from our concepts of our self and the world, but after they pass, the consciousness remains unaffected. Consciousness is our higher self. It is not pain, or anger or fear. So, releasing negative thoughts and feelings is about identifying as the consciousness as you move through your day and observing the thoughts and feelings that come up, and offering them no resistance.

AC Winklier provides instructions on doing this here.

If you practise it regularly it can be life changing.

Byron Katie’s ‘The Work’ or the Sedona Method can do something similar.

Just a note that if you’re very bogged down with negative emotions and thoughts, you may want to try points 4 and 5 below before using this method, otherwise you may just be spiritual bypassing your past traumas.

    4. Revise

This is an extremely powerful method of burning off old, negative karma that comes from Neville Goddard’s teachings. I highly recommend it. You can read about it here.

    5. Other healing methods

Tons of therapeutic methods can release old karma to some degree. Some are very effective and others only help a little. Below I’ve listed some that I know can be effective in this endeavour. Note that not everyone benefits from the same modalities so you will need to use your intuition to guide you towards the one(s) that are right for you.

    • Cord cutting is one that can reduce bad karma in relationships
    • Past life regression can be helpful if you feel you have a complex that originates in a past life – if you choose to do a past life regression, make sure that you pick a regression method that involves healing (many regression methods are just about exploration, which is not helpful for releasing past life karma.) I really like the DMP method of past life regression and find it to be the most cathartic form of regression for past life traumas.
    • Brandon Bay’s The Journey was recommended to me often in the last 2 years by people who used this healing method to create big shifts in their life, although I’ve never used it
    • Plant medicine and psychedelics, such as Ayuhuasca, may be helpful in unravelling karmic complexes
    • If you have a diagnosed medical condition to heal, the free Coherence Healings offered by the students of Dr Joe Dispenza could bring about a lot of healing (I’ve had multiple remote Coherence Healing sessions and highly recommend them)
    • Ancestral healing – if your negative patterns have their origins in your family line (which they often do), some kind of ancestral healing could be helpful. I did this type of work but I can’t make any recommendations as the healing came spontaneously through events that occurred in my life
    • Internal Family Systems/parts work
    • Some people find EMDR very helpful for traumatic events that occurred in their life. I have done around 40 sessions of EMDR and I found them very helpful in uncovering my subconscious beliefs that were formed in early childhood. But aside from that aspect, I didn’t find this method as healing as others I’ve used
    • Body-centred psychotherapy, such as Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi

    6. Physical detoxification

This may be surprising but my guides have told me that physical detoxification is one way to help you burn off bad karma and manifest fewer negative experiences in life.

Detox methods include things such as:

    • Saunas
    • Sweating through vigorous exercise or hot yoga
    • Epsom salt baths
    • Water fasting
    • Intermittent fasting
    • Coffee enemas

We live in a world that now has approximately 79,000 synthetic chemicals, almost all of them untested for safety. Our bodies and detoxification systems were never meant to process this toxic burden. People working in the conventional medicine model say things like “detoxifying is a load of rubbish because our bodies have their own detox systems that work just fine, such as the liver and kidneys.” Yes, we have our own detox systems but these were just fine when we lived in the pre-industrial age. Now studies show that these systems are overloaded and we all have a significant body burden.

I’ve learned there’s a complex interplay between physical toxins and bad karma. If you have bad karma to burn off, you’re also likely to be physically toxic.

When you are in fight and flight (in survival mode, and engaging in negative energies…aka stuck in bad karma) your detox systems don’t function efficiently. In this state, your body prioritises survival over processing toxins and so it stores toxins instead of releasing them. I believe those physical toxins are then a physical reflection of what you were dealing with at the time you stored them. So, for example maybe you were dealing with chronic stress about your job for months and you amassed toxicity because you were exposed to mould at the time and instead of detoxing it efficiently, you stored those mycotoxins. Those mycotoxins are the physical manifestation of your past stress, and they poison you both with their physical poison and the emotional poison of why you stored them in the first place.

Physical toxins are the physical reflection of the spiritual and emotional energies and stresses that caused us to store the toxins.

If you take a sauna and sweat a lot or do a long fast, you may notice that you let go of something emotionally when you do those things. That’s the release of negativity and bad karma that happens when you detox. I did two long water fasts (a 12 day fast and a 7 day fast) last year and found that both came with profound emotional releases and growth.

Many religious and spiritual traditions know this and this is partly why they recommend fasting or sweat lodges.

Note that if you’re affected by bad karma, you’ll be much more affected by chemical toxins and you should work to minimise your exposure. If you’re unaffected by it, your detox systems will work more efficiently.

So, those are the ways to burn off bad karma.

    How to amass good karma

If you have no bad karma, amassing the good simply brings more positivity and good experiences your way.

You can also help to reduce your bad karma and create a life you love by amassing good karma. (Although if you are steeped in bad karma, this can feel challenging to do.) But by amassing good karma, it can also give you the resources to reduce bad karma.

Here are the ways to amass good karma:

    1. Be of service

    2. Care about others’ lives and reduce suffering as much as possible

    3. Wish everyone the best, even your enemies

    4. Forgive

    5. Be loving towards others and yourself

    6. Practise gratitude and notice your blessings daily

    7. Take in the good and make a daily practice out of amplifying positive moments in your day

    8. SATS/positive visualisation

    9. Prayer – thank God/Source/Spirit for your life, and ask for help from the Divine, your guides or your angels when you need it

    10. Judge yourself as little as possible

    11. Uplift others with your words and give genuine compliments

    12. If someone is behaving badly with you, don’t stoop to their level. Avoid lashing out and harmful deeds towards others based on your wounds. Instead process your own pain on your own, in a way that doesn’t hurt others

    13. Treat the earth with respect. Consume less and dispose of things wisely

    14. The Buddhist loving kindness meditation

    15. Develop your connection to your spiritual helpers so that they can guide you towards more positive actions and choices (I have a course which teaches you how to do this)

    16. Don’t ever hunt animals for fun or kill as a sport. Make sure you consume any animals you kill, and ideally eat all of the animal (nose to tail eating).

    17. If you eat animal foods, buy them as humanely raised as you possibly can afford and avoid conventionally raised meat and fish

    18. Pay your debts. Only take the opportunity to go bankrupt if you have no other option, and then forgive yourself.

    In conclusion…

The reason why we’re seeing so much increase in distress (1 in 4 Americans is ‘mentally ill’ and takes psychiatric medications) and disease (60% of Americans have a chronic disease) in recent years is because Western culture is sick. We’re living in ways that perpetuate negativity and bad karma, and minimise the generating of the good. We’re taking in toxic chemicals, we’re stressed, our culture teaches us that we’re separate from one another (we’re not) and our economic policies and political divisions reflect this. And we’re told that our salvation is to be found in scientism, conventional medicine and a pill bottle (it isn’t.)

This negativity has its roots in our soul’s past, on a collective level. Releasing bad karma and generating good is how you get what you want out of life, fulfil your soul’s purpose AND raise the vibration of the planet, all at the same time.

    FAQ

Is releasing bad karma hard work?

Releasing bad karma is hard work if you are in the kind of situation I was when I started out, where there’s lots of things you don’t enjoy about your life, or things haven’t been going well for you in a long time.

If there’s a lot about your life that you don’t enjoy, it’s like you’re a big ship and you need to turn that around in another direction. That’s going to take time and sustained effort.

If you are enjoying your life and feel it’s going in a good direction, it’s not hard work and you can just focus on the generating good karma aspects.

Is this the same as manifesting?

Yes, burning off bad karma and generating good is essentially what enables you to manifest a better outcome in your life. But this article is a more holistic look at how you get there and how that intersects with your soul’s purpose and the wider world.

In addition, when manifesting, a distinction needs to be drawn between releasing bad karma and generating the good. Many methods of manifestation (especially the Law of Attraction) focus only on generating the good, which doesn’t cut the mustard for people who have big life problems.

Many conscious creators are trying to manifest positive outcomes but it isn’t working because they’re dealing with bad karma. They’re doing the techniques that amass good karma such as SATS, but the bad karma hinders them. They need to focus on burning off the bad karma first.

Can burning off my bad karma stop me from incarnating here again?

Many lightworkers have said to me “I don’t want to come back here ever again”. If you don’t want to come back, burning off your bad karma may be one way to make that more likely, although I haven’t explored this in depth myself in my channelling work so I can’t say I know for certain.

    Further Resources & Reading:

I offer a free online resource for manifesting your desired reality using the Law of Assumption — it’s a collection of online articles which are presented in the right order so that you can use them as a ‘how to’ guide. It’s quite a comprehensive resource and can help take you from A to B with almost any intention. You can find that here.

  • Online Course Scholarships Available for Christmas 2023

Online Course Scholarships Available for Christmas 2023

For Christmas this year, I am giving away scholarships to my online courses:

    That’s 6 scholarships available altogether.

You can enter for just one course or all three (but entries are limited to one application per course, so you can’t enter for the same course more than once.)

Important Info – Please Read Before Applying

The purpose of this contest is to allow 6 people who would not otherwise be able to take my courses to be able to do them. Therefore, these scholarships are only open to people in situations like the ones below:

    • You earn your income in a developing country or a country with a weak currency
    • You are unemployed or on social security/benefits
    • You earn a relatively low income/minimum wage and don’t earn enough to afford my courses
    • You are a single parent and your family lives on one overstretched income.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must also be someone who isn’t currently in a privileged financial situation e.g. you have no savings or not a lot. If you have significant assets (such as owning a home), you aren’t eligible for this scholarship.

The reason I am being so specific in terms of financial conditions is because I want to make sure these scholarships go to those who don’t have much right now, and those who would not otherwise have the opportunity to sign up.

For the professional-level courses (so, the Akashic Record Reading Program and the Intuitive Healing Program), I would also prefer for the scholarships to go to someone who wants to use the material to start a business or do readings for others.

If you were to be chosen, you would also need to be comfortable for me to announce you publicly (your first name and location) as the recipient of one of the scholarships.

To apply, please fill out this form.

The clearer you can be in the application about how you meet the requirements above (and how you would like to use the materials), the more likely it is that you will be chosen because I will discard any applications where eligibility isn’t clear.

Any info you provide in the application is kept confidential.

Update: the recipients have now been chosen.

    Results of Intuitive Experiment #36

The person in the experiment was Hedy Lamarr, the American/Austro-Hungarian actress and inventor. Many of you guessed that she was an actress (and this could have been intuitive insight or it could have been gleaned from the style of photo that was posted!)

    Acting Career

Hedy Lamarr was born Hedwig Eva Maria Kiesler in Vienna, Austria in 1914. She went to acting school in Berlin and began her acting career in Czechoslovakia. One of the first films she made was one called Ecstasy, in 1933, and it included the first scenes of a totally naked woman (i.e. Hedy) in a film, and also the first scene of a woman having a simulated orgasm. So that was quite scandalous for the time.

She married for the first time aged 18 to Friedrich Mandl, an arms dealer who was 30 years her senior. He reportedly disapproved of her previous acting work and decided that Hedy was not going to be allowed to act anymore. Instead she became a society wife and hosted parties for her husband. In those parties, she came into contact with ‘high society’ people and political figures such as Hitler and Mussolini.

She decided that life with her controlling husband was not for her and left him a few years later. She said he was so controlling that he kept her prisoner in their home and she had to escape the marriage by disguising herself as a maid and moving to Paris, where she got a divorce.

While living in Paris, she visited London where she met Louis B. Mayer, the head of the Metro-Godwyn-Mayer studio, and he signed her as an actress. She moved to Hollywood and starred in films such as Algiers, Ziegfeld Girl and Samson and Delilah.

Hedy Lamarr was also a brilliant inventor, although she is remembered more for her contributions to film than to science. Around the beginning of the Second World War, she co-invented and patented something that is still used today in wireless technology. It’s a bit complicated to explain but you can read about the ins and outs of it here.

    Personal Life

Hedy Lamarr was married (and divorced) 6 times and had 3 children. From what I understand from various biographies, her personal life was not always very happy.

She spent many of the latter years of her life alone and isolated, and she died in 2000 at the age of 86.

    Memoir

Researching Hedy Lamarr can be a bit tricky because there is potentially some misinformation about her in the public domain.

In 1966, a memoir was published and ghost written about her. She collaborated with the publishers but apparently didn’t read the text or receive any of the profits. She later said that the memoir was full of fabrications and she tried to get it pulled from sale, but she was unsuccessful.

The memoir was full of all kinds of titillating information (such as stories from her sex life and claims she was a nymphomaniac) but she says it was false.

You can read more about that here.

I do get the sense that although her beauty facilitated success in her acting career, her life was in some ways made more difficult by how she looked, and she was often exploited by men in the entertainment industry.

She claimed that her beauty was a curse, saying “my face has been my misfortune” and that her face was “a mask I cannot remove. I must live with it. I curse it.”

There is an interesting documentary about her here on Youtube and a more detailed bio on Wikipedia can be found here.

    How did you do?

Let me know in the comments!

Not everyone who has a go at this exercise is accurate at it, and that’s totally OK – it’s part of the learning process.

How to improve when it comes to reading people

    1. Practise! The more you practise, the more info you receive on how you actually receive intuitive insights and if you’re not doing so well, on where you might be going wrong.
    2. Make sure you’re in a relaxed state when you channel. Most accurate guidance comes when you’re in the alpha state.
    3. Raise your vibration before tuning in (I talk about this more in my Intuitive Awakening Course, which is currently on sale at 50% off)
    4. Come at these experiment with an energy of fun and lightness. That makes it much easier to receive accurate info. If you come at it with a serious energy of ‘I must get this right’ or ‘I’m not sure if I’m any good at this and need to prove to myself that I am’, you’re less likely to do well because those kinds of approaches will contract your energy field and make it harder to receive accurate info.

If you’re interested in developing your psychic abilities to help you to learn to read others accurately, you may be interested in my Intuitive Awakening Course, which has a chapter dedicated to this. I find the skill of reading others to be very interesting in cases where it isn’t clear who someone is. For example, using these skills I can nosily tune into photos and know if someone is the murderer they are accused of being or victim of a miscarriage of justice. There are many ways in which reading people through photos can be helpful or interesting.

As mentioned, the course is currently on sale at 50% off.
