If You Want a Better Life, Focus on This

I am a fan of a YouTube channel called Coming Home. It posts interesting and beautifully produced videos, with stories from people who have had Near Death Experiences (NDE’s).

Recently there was a video posted on their channel which was my favourite one of all.

I’m going to talk about one of the insights from it, which I think that anyone on a spiritual path can benefit from.

First, a bit of backstory: The video that I am referencing was an NDE account from Vincent Tolman, who in 2003 was a young bodybuilder who accidentally overdosed on a bodybuilding supplement. He lost consciousness and suffocated inside a locked bathroom of a Dairy Queen in Utah, and when the paramedics arrived (45 minutes after he had died), he was obviously pronounced dead. They put him into a body bag and took him to hospital.

One of the paramedics was new to the job and had an intuition that he should go against protocol and try to revive Vincent. The more experienced paramedics yelled at him and said he was going to be fired for going against protocol, but the paramedic succeeded in reviving Vincent, despite him already having been dead for some time.

Vincent was in a coma and on life support for 3 days until he suddenly regained consciousness and then immediately checked himself out of the hospital.

You can watch his NDE account here:

I am fascinated by NDE stories and have read and watched many of them. This story is one that stands out firstly because it is so detailed, and secondly because when Vincent was on the ‘other side’, he was shown so much about how life here on earth really works.

Here is what Vincent was told during his time on the ‘other side’:

    • We are here partly to learn how to use our thoughts to create
    • Life is a school and a playground. Earth is like spiritual “resistance training” for souls to grow and develop themselves through earthly experiences
    • He was also told that there is a ‘religion of darkness’ on earth that some people follow. Much popular culture and some media outlets promote this ‘religion’. This religion wants to keep people fearful – following the news, and watching violent and horrible things, because it makes them traumatised, destabilised and easier to influence. This ‘religion’ also promotes narcissistic values and encourages people to portray a perfect life to others on social media

Here’s a quote from Vincent’s book (this is from a conversation he was having with his guide on the ‘other side’):

“…it’s the religion of darkness; the lowest frequencies of hate, envy, and fear. It’s a scourge across the entire planet. Its followers can be as fanatically devoted to it as a committed follower of God. They live it, breathe it, preach it to others. They seek converts to join them in their philosophy. There are people on earth who benefit from this religion. As long as they can keep drama and fear and loathing in the forefront of peoples’ minds, they can keep the world divided…”

I’m sure these are ideas that have been covered by others, but the way he talked about them in his book and video really resonated with me.

The main insight that I took from this NDE story is that our environment and what we surround ourselves with, is one of the most important things in determining the outcome of our life.

When we spend time in negative environments (offline and online) we take on those negative energies and attitudes and they become hard to get rid of.

If you want to manifest a desired outcome in your life, one of the most important things to realise is that it’s hard or even impossible to manifest that positive outcome if you are routinely putting yourself into environments where people are fearful, hateful, mean or jealous.

I took myself and my business off social media (Facebook and Instagram) a few years back, after the whistleblower Frances Haugen made her revelations about how Mark Zuckerberg and his company really operate – I don’t think I was under any illusions as to the benevolence of these organisations prior to that time but this just confirmed it. I had 12,000+ followers on Facebook but I deleted my account and didn’t look back.

I do believe that a lot of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, lots of online forums) are not a force for good.

Obviously social media is not all bad. It also provides some benefits but I believe that on balance, social media companies are part of the “religion of darkness”, because their algorithms are primarily designed to induce fear, outrage, disgust, jealousy and sadness in us. These are the emotions that impel us to engage with content, leave comments or react with an emoji. The more we get angry, hateful and fearful, and engage with content, the more money the social media companies make.

People are being milked for their negative emotions, and when this happens, it makes it harder to focus on what is positive and good about our lives and the world. This kind of positive focus is what allows us to create a desired outcome.

I wrote about this principle here: What Are You Consuming & How Is It Affecting Your Manifesting Process?

If you have a life you’re not enjoying or you’re experiencing a lot of things you don’t want, the very best thing you can do right now is exercise self-discipline and turn away from sources of negativity in your life, both online and offline.

Be mindful of what you are consuming in terms of TV, movies and books. Realise that if you spend time with someone who is hateful, mean, constantly sarcastic, or always looking for what is wrong with the world or wrong with you, it’s like going round to that person’s house for a cup of tea and they give you a vial of poison which you drink together. That poison will stay in your system, especially if you repeat the experience regularly.

I also believe this is one of the keys to healing from C-PTSD and trauma. I had a rough childhood and had PTSD for decades after I grew up and left home. I struggled a lot with that, but in recent years it has not troubled me nearly as much as it used to. The improvements came not only because I did healing and changed my mindset, but also because I removed myself from situations, relationships and environments which were triggering old traumas or somehow reminiscent of the bad times. I got insight into the environments I was choosing to go into and how they reflected old wounds. Then when I got that insight, I chose to walk away and seek out something different. A person can do all the trauma healing in the world, but if they keep seeking out low-vibrational environments, they will never heal or move on. (It took me a long time to work this out and I wanted to share in case this is of benefit to anyone else.)

    In summary:

    Avoidance is powerful.

Vincent Tolman also has a book about his NDE which I really enjoyed: The Light After Death: My Journey to Heaven and Back

  • Can Everyone Develop Intuition to a High Level?

Can Everyone Develop Intuition to a High Level?

I wanted to write a response to a criticism that was levelled at my work recently, which is, “Intuition can’t be developed”.

According to this argument, only a select few people are intuitive to a high level and no-one else can be good at it, so they shouldn’t bother trying.

Obviously, I don’t agree with this (otherwise I wouldn’t teach people to develop their intuitive abilities) and I’m going to unpack this idea in this article because I think it is something that many students of psychic development worry about on their journey.

    First of all…

It is true that some people are born with open ‘channels’, more than others.

I know I came into this life with very open upper chakras, and an open channel. I recently did a past life regression where I was given more details about what I came here to do in this life, and I was told that my highly developed intuition was not an accident. I’d been re-creating the same karmic situation for dozens of lifetimes and the only way I was able to break it in this lifetime was by having a strong sense of intuition to guide me to break it.

If I didn’t have those skills, I wouldn’t have achieved what I came here to do.

So, people who come into this life with highly developed intuition have that for a reason. It’s often to allow them to survive some situation or break a karmic pattern that they really need to break. (This applies to all skills that we have naturally — they are no accident — everything is strategically chosen to enable us to fulfil our highest path and purpose. )

On top of that, it’s true that some people who go through trauma in childhood become highly intuitive and empathic adults as a result. (I go into that phenomenon here.)

So, yes, some people are more naturally gifted than others in this area.

But that doesn’t mean that intuition can’t be developed. It’s like any other skill, in that regard.

I would liken intuition to singing. Some people are naturally really, really good at it, some people are not so good at it, and lots of people are in between those two extremes.

    Intuition is like that.

Saying that intuition is only for the select few is like saying no-one except Celine Dion and Michael Buble should sing. Everyone else should shut up because they’re not good at it. No-one should bother taking singing lessons either because they’ll never be as good as Celine Dion.

If only Celine Dion should be singing, why does everyone else have a voice?

Similarly, if only the Sonia Choquettes and Tyler Henrys of this world should be using their intuitive abilities, why does everyone else have this facility, too?

The fact is, we all have a voice because we should be using it.

We all have a body to move through this physical realm. Obviously we’re all meant to be using that.

We all have an emotional aspect to give us feedback about our lives.

We all have a psychological aspect to allow us to reason and think critically about things.

We all have intuition and psychic abilities to some degree, because we all have souls. The word ‘psychic’ comes from the Greek ‘psukhikos’ and it simply means ‘of the soul’.

We’re meant to stay connected to our souls when we are incarnated, and that is what intuitive abilities allow us to do. Intuition is like a GPS that is hooked up to our soul. It tells us where to go in our lives.

Saying that no-one except the gifted few should be using intuition is like saying:

    • Only the most emotionally intelligent should be using their emotional aspect
    • Only philosophers should be using their reason
    • Only top athletes should be moving their body

    It doesn’t make any sense.

I believe that everyone can develop their intuition to a good level, no matter what they are starting with. Even people who have never seen any evidence of their psychic ability can make progress with this.

I know it because I’ve taught thousands of people, including people who had never had a psychic experience when they began.

My guess is that if you believe that intuition is only for the gifted few and you can’t develop yours, you probably aren’t doing it right.

I talk more about my approach to intuitive development here: My 6 Step Formula for Learning to Communicate with Spirit

    So, to summarise:

    1. Some are always going to be better than others at it, but yes, everyone can develop their intuition to a level where it is helping them in their life. Clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance are all gifts that can be developed
    2. Dreaming as a psychic gift and psychic empathy are the only two gifts that cannot be developed if you don’t have them naturally. Psychic empathy cannot be developed and usually if you’re not an empath by the time you are in your twenties, it’s not going to happen. Similarly, if you have never remembered a single dream in your life, it’s unlikely that you’re going to be able to receive messages from Spirit in your dreams.
    3. Developing clair gifts to the point where you can channel is quite a complex endeavour and requires multiple steps, learned in the right order
    4. The more effort and time you put in, the more likely it is that you will excel in this area.
  • My Latest Insights on Manifesting Better Health

My Latest Insights on Manifesting Better Health

Below I have pasted a health update that I included in a recent newsletter. In this article, I’m also going to offer the most up-to-date insights I’ve had on manifesting better health specifically:

“I wanted to write a little update as I know some of my blog readers have been following my journey of manifesting over the last 2.5 years and something kind of extraordinary has happened for me, that I do feel demonstrates the power of using the Law of Assumption (LOA). The Law of Assumption is a manifesting philosophy that is similar to the Law of Attraction.

A bit of backstory in case anyone reading isn’t familiar with my story: I’ve been a ‘low energy’ person for decades. It has held me back in my work and I’ve only been able to work part time for many years. I’ve struggled with my health long term, collected a bunch of diagnoses, until 2.5 years ago it reached a crescendo and I had a collection of symptoms that conventional medicine calls lupus.

I was debilitated with that and I took a year off work for the most part (I worked a couple of hours per week). I knew this was not how I wanted to live my life and so I threw myself into manifesting teachings in an effort to change my future.

Things have come right again. Not only am I not troubled with lupus, I have energy. I have been working 7 hour days with no problems, some days with not much sleep. I’m not tired anymore. This is a big change, because I’ve been tired for a long time (years before I became ill) and haven’t been able to work full time consistently.

It took me 2.5 years to get there and I put a lot of effort into this endeavour.

If someone looked at my path of manifesting, they would point to the practical changes I made to bring about health. However, 2.5 years ago, I was depressed and defeated by what had happened to me. I had to dig myself out of the hole mentally, emotionally and spiritually, before I could make any changes. LOA practices enabled me to do this and fuelled the changes I managed to create later on. My life, inner and outer, has changed on so many levels. Any changes I made before I did that, felt like what Neville Goddard called a ‘futile readjustment of surfaces’.

I am very excited by the opportunities this newfound energy is going to open up for me in my life.

    Hurray!

I do feel a bit sad that I had been low energy for years when it could have been different. I guess I am writing this to encourage anyone who has something they’re resigned to (like I was resigned to having low energy) to not accept it. Many undesirable situations can be changed by applying the power of your mind and doing inner work.

If there’s something in your life that you’d like to change, check out my free Law of Assumption guide. (The LOA technique that I think played the biggest role in my recovery was revision.)

Recovering my health has changed the course of my life and my work. I am now very interested in holistic health, manifesting and deeply interested in how past life karma affects us (I believe the autoimmune illness I had was karmic.)

Conventional medicine played no role in my recovery.

Other diagnoses I’ve released as part of this process include: lifelong C-PTSD, eczema, seasonal affective disorder (had that for 22 years) and depression. I also no longer get severe post-viral asthma, nor do I get the awful menstrual cycle issues I used to have.

Check out the LOA guide here. It’s free and always will be.”

In this article I’m going to go into more detail on how I created better health. I’ll talk about the manifesting aspect and the practical aspect.

I am providing this info not because I think that you should do what I did in order to manifest better health, but to be transparent about what my path looked like.

In terms of manifesting work, I did:

    • The DNRS program (this was a lifeline for me) — I did the techniques in that program for about 9 months on and off, and it helped to dig me out of the hole I was in, emotionally and psychologically when I was very ill
    • Joe Dispenza’s meditations for 2 years, on and off, but often daily for several months at a time (then I’d take a break)
    • Affirmations
    • SATs
    • Tons of self-love and inner child work
    • Lots of the free coherence healings offered by Dr Joe Dispenza’s students
    • I revised the first 17 years of my life (I grew up in a dysfunctional & abusive family and have an ACE score of 8, which I feel had a big impact on my health)

In terms of the interventions I used:

    • I changed my life quite drastically. My intuition guided me along the way and told me what to do. Sadly I had to cut off family members who were causing me a lot of stress. I moved house and away from a neighbour I’d had problems with on and off. I let go of friendships that had run their course and a hobby community that was no longer right for me.
    • I came off an anti-depressant that I’d been on for 2 years and I decided not to take any meds for anything in the future
    • I was on the Gonzalez protocol for lupus for about 9 months — I’m no longer on the full protocol but I got a lot out of it
    • I used various methods of detox
    • I reduced my exposure to toxicants by filtering water, going organic and removing synthetic chemicals in various products in my home that were known to cause harm
    • Cut out refined sugar and ultra processed food
    • Did 3 long water fasts, of 7, 12 and 20 days over a period of 18 months with the wonderful Tallis Barker of WaterFasting.org
    • Discovered a long-time nutritional deficiency (molybdenum) that had a big impact on me — my energy came back fully (enabling me to work full time) and eczema disappeared within 4 weeks of supplementation. This deficiency was causing sulphur toxicity and impaired detoxification. Molydenum is one of the co-factors for producing ATP in the body so this had a lot to do with my long-time problems with fatigue. I’d had this deficiency for a long time (a hair test I had done many years ago flagged it up but for some reason back then I ignored it.) Dr Chris Masterjohn’s work allowed me to finally connect those dots.
    • Epsom salt baths
    • Used a PEMF mat daily
    • Did a past life regression for a recent lifetime, the story of which was very much intertwined with the illness
    • Used an EE system (although I don’t know how much of a role that played in my recovery)
    • Craniosacral therapy.

I’ve met people who were able to manifest better health within a couple of months through affirming. That wasn’t the case for me. It took 2-2.5 years and a phenomenal amount of effort to turn things around. The illnesses I had were deeply intertwined with the baggage from my childhood and my past lives, and it took time to unravel.

Below I answer some questions I’ve had about manifesting better health.

Does eating well and healthy lifestyle help with manifesting better health?

    Yes, I think so.

Carolyn Myss talks a lot about creating “health miracles”. I’m going to share a metaphor I learned from her amazing work. She has witnessed miraculous, spontaneous healings over the years and she has some opinions and observations on why and how these healings come about (and why they don’t happen for some people.)

She compares manifesting a health miracle to ascending a 12 storey building (this building represents consciousness.) The upper storeys are where the miracles take place. People on the lower storeys can’t access the healing they need. She shared her experience of visiting a friend in New York City and that on the ground floor, the city seemed polluted, dirty and stank of garbage. When she got to her friend’s apartment on the upper storeys, there was a beautiful sunset and view, and no bad smells. Same place, but a different vantage point that completely changed the experience.

If you are very sick, eating well and having a healthy lifestyle will help to resource you to some extent so that you can ascend to the upper storeys and manifest that health miracle. But diet and lifestyle won’t necessarily be the health miracle you are seeking unless you’re dealing with a condition that is specifically dependent on diet and lifestyle (like type 2 diabetes).

Similarly, manifesting techniques will allow you to ascend the high rise building (they are like the elevator that will allow you to ascend the building) but they may not be the miracle you seek in themselves. They work because they are resourcing you spiritually and taking you to the upper storeys — that’s where the bridge of incidents unfolds, to bring you the miracle you are looking for.

So, the miracle is likely to arise in some form once you reach the upper storeys of the high rise building. It may be that the health issue disappears overnight but more likely, it will come in the form of something that appears on your path. To spot it, you also have to be paying attention and listening to intuition. You must also be willing to take action, and not living in victimhood or subscribing to the conventional medical view that your bad health is the result of faulty genes and impossible to change.

Am I still using manifesting techniques daily?

I do self-love practices (such as mirror work) daily and I also meditate daily.

I am spending a lot of time working (mostly on updating my old articles and online courses). I am making up for lost time over the last several years. I am pretty happy and excited about life, and my experiences with conscious creation have given me a renewed passion for my work. I still live a healthy lifestyle and will for the rest of my life. I do have a mental diet but it is easy. I make sure to cut off any thoughts which are not leading to a good place and I don’t have social media/the news in my life, or any other sources of mental garbage.

If you could choose the interventions which had the most impact which would they be?

    • Neville Goddard’s revision technique (my life, inner and outer, completely changed after revising 100 negative events from childhood and adolescence)
    • Long water fasting
    • Discovering and fixing the nutrient deficiency I mentioned
    • The Gonzalez Protocol, especially the detox aspect of it
    • SATS, Joe Dispenza’s meditations and the DNRS program allowed me to ascend the 12 storey and manifest my miracles.

It’s been hard to narrow it down as I think many of the interventions have helped in some way.

I’ve been writing about intuition and psychic abilities here at AnnaSayce.com for 16-17 years and have amassed 550 articles. That’s many books worth of articles, and it’s mostly buried under newer content! So, today I wanted to highlight some of that content on the topic of developing psychic abilities.

    Articles on the Psychic Gifts

Back in 2008 when I wrote these articles, many spiritually aware people thought clairvoyance was THE psychic gift and if you didn’t have clairvoyance, you weren’t gifted (not as many people had heard of claircognizance or clairsentience.) These days there’s a lot more awareness around intuition and how it can manifest. I like to think the articles below had a part in that…they filled a gap when hardly anyone else was talking about the clair gifts and collectively they have been read by over a million people over the last 16 years.

How Spirit Guides & Angels Can Help Us With Conscious Creation

    Hi Anna,

I’d like to see a blog article that goes into how Spirit Guides and angels are relevant (or aren’t) to a Law of Assumption (LOA) practice.

What is the point of asking for the help from these beings; wouldn’t that put you in the mindset of asking instead of assuming? Also, how does intuition play into the LOA? A Law of Assumption YouTuber I watched said that intuition/gut feeling is actually just an alert that you’re shifting timelines (basically, you have a hunch that your partner is cheating on you, and you’re right, because you manifested the situation).

    — Diana

    Hi Diana,

I’ve been using the Law of Assumption since 2021 but I worked as a spiritual writer and intuitive for almost 15 years before I became interested in conscious creation. So, I do have some opinions on the place of guides, angels and other helpers in a Law of Assumption practice, based on my experiences. But as always, please take what resonates with you and discard the rest.

Firstly, you’re right that conscious creation is about assuming. After all, it’s called the Law of Assumption. But I’ve also noticed that at least in my case, asking or praying seems to help manifest an intention just as well as assuming does. So I do petition my higher self and the angels when I have an intention I’d like to create, in addition to using other Law of Assumption techniques.

You also asked what place Spirit Guides and angels have in a Law of Assumption practice.

My experience is that working with guides and angels is very helpful when consciously manifesting a new outcome.

What happens when you set an intention to create something new, is that you have to travel along what Neville Goddard calls a Bridge of Incidents. Obviously when you set a new intention, your desired reality doesn’t instantly appear in your life in a puff of smoke. In most cases, the earth plane has to shift to accommodate that intention, and your intention has to fit the story you’re already living and make sense within that story. So, the Bridge of Incidents will unfold, and will allow the story of your new intention to fit in with your existing story.

The Bridge of Incidents isn’t always easy or simple to travel along. Sometimes the scenarios that show up can demand a lot of you, especially if you’re manifesting a big change (— I wrote about that here.) Sometimes there are opportunities you don’t know if you should pursue (is it going to lead me towards my goal or away from it?)

Being sensitive to your intuition is very helpful because it will direct you towards the steps that will help you achieve your goals. I have had so many times in the last couple of years when I’ve noticed that intuition is a real boon when working with the Law of Assumption.

To give a couple of examples of how I’ve been helped by intuition when manifesting…

Spirit has given me phrases to Google and those phrases opened up the next thing I need to explore to manifest my goal.

I’ve woken up from a dream with the name of a real person in my head (someone whose existence I did not know of) and when I Google that person and find them online, their work is relevant to a problem I was having.

When I was having past life flashbacks, I was given the date of an earthquake in California that I experienced in a past life. Releasing and understanding this past life was relevant to what I have been manifesting.

It has struck me multiple times that my intuitive skills were of intense benefit while I’ve been on this path.

The other thing to know about the Bridge of Incidents is that it can occasionally be quite difficult. It was for me and so I have called on the angels many times over the last few years. Angels can really help you when you’re struggling on your path so why not take advantage of that resource (I also wrote about that here.)

I have seen some people in the manifestation community claim that there are no Spirit Guides or angels, unless you manifest them because you believe in them. Some followers of Neville Goddard’s work who say these things are simply sharing their personal beliefs. Beliefs are informed by experiences. I’ve observed with interest that many of the followers of Neville Goddard’s work that I’ve engaged with did not have spiritual beliefs or experiences before they came into the LOA community.

The Law of Assumption cannot be separated from the rest of reality.

It’s an important law but it is not ‘all that is’. It’s one of many laws — both spiritual and natural — that govern this reality.

Another spiritual law is that we are not alone on our path through life — we get help. We are helped before we’re born, during our life and after we die. If we have a difficult death and we get stuck, there are beings available who can help us to cross over to the other side, and this has always been a feature of the spiritual realm. In addition, we are all assigned at least one guide at birth and usually two angels for our journey through life.

So, we are all connected and we help one another in various ways on a spiritual level. This is a spiritual law — what helps one, helps everyone. What hurts one, hurts the collective. This spiritual law doesn’t stop operating just because a person is using the Law of Assumption in a conscious way and they don’t believe that humans have any kind of spiritual support in place.

I may be getting a little off topic in saying this, but I think I also differ from many other students (and teachers) of the Law of Assumption in that I believe that we don’t come into this life as blank slates who can achieve absolutely anything. I think we have probabilities, not possibilities. (I was interested to read that this is something that the physicist and consciousness explorer Thomas Campbell also believes, because he has concluded that we live in a simulation and having infinite possibilities would require too many resources.)

I think lots of things are possible for lots of people.

But I don’t think it’s correct to say anything is possible.

What if you’re a small child who lives in poverty in the third world and dies in a natural disaster before they’re 3? That child did not have infinite possibilities.

So, I do think our soul’s plan for this life affects what is possible and probable. Our previous experiences here on earth also affect who we are, and what is probable for us. Our childhood is a reflection of our past life karma or ‘baggage’, and our childhood conditions us, perpetuating that karma into adulthood. Consciously manifesting a new outcome allows us to break out of the same old karma and probabilities that we’ve been working with (often for many lifetimes,) transcend it and create something new.

    Predicting the future

As for the observation that intuition is just alerting you to what you’re manifesting (and you gave the example of being cheated on by a partner and knowing about it ahead of time):

I think this does often apply, that you are manifesting a particular outcome, and so you know about it in advance. But in my opinion, it’s not the whole story — it’s just one layer of it.

I believe that sometimes we make soul contracts with other souls to have experiences on the earth plane, before we come here. Sure, these contracts can be probabilities, rather than things that are set in stone, but some of them are strong probabilities. If you marry someone and have a child with them, it’s highly likely that this person is known to you in the spirit world and you had a contract to meet them. If you are learning power, self-worth or self-love in this lifetime, it could be that this person is going to cheat on you because you have a contract which is about you learning to walk away from a bad situation and put yourself first. Perhaps you haven’t been able to do that before in your past lives, and now it’s time to try it out. This soul and his behaviour will give you an opportunity to learn more about self-worth or self-love (although with this example, I’m not suggesting that people who don’t walk away from cheaters lack self-worth. Let’s say that this example is just what is right for this particular soul.)

You could have the sense that you manifested that situation and on a deeper level, you did. But there’s an additional layer that is often ignored by LOA practitioners, and it’s the layer of what the soul is doing here, and why. That exists too, and it’s intertwined with what you are manifesting.

In conclusion, by using the Law of Assumption to consciously create new outcomes, we can choose the highest timeline for our lives and bust out of old, negative probabilities that have kept us stuck in the past. Our Spirit Guides and angels want that for us, and they also want to come along for the ride and help us.

Can We Accidentally Manifest the Death of Someone Around Us?

Over the years, I’ve had multiple people get in touch with me in distress, worried that they had manifested the death of a loved one and asking my opinion about that.

One of them was a woman who felt very resentful towards her ex for how he treated her, and often thought of him dying. She didn’t consciously want any harm to come to him but she kept imagining that she was at his funeral. A couple of years later he was dead.

Another reader was someone who thought of a family member committing suicide and that happened soon after.

Both of these people were familiar with the concept of conscious creation and wondered if they had caused a death with their thoughts.

I don’t believe we can accidentally manifest the death of someone close to us.

The number of days we will live is one of those aspects of our lives that I believe is for the most part fixed before we incarnate. Before we incarnate, we choose the date of our death just as we choose the date of our birth.

Therefore, it is something we can ‘tune into’ and often be right about, because unlike other aspects of our lives that are unpredictable due to free will, our date of death is fixed. My opinion is that this is what we are picking up on — we’re intuiting, not manifesting the death of someone around us.

Neville Goddard, in his lecture ‘The Flood Is Still Upon Us’ alludes to this concept of our days being numbered when he talked about a man who was manifesting a new job.

“Unfortunately in a way, he did not live very long. He was a young man. But in about three years he was gone. He had a heart attack, and he was gone. But he would have gone anyway, whether he was here or there, for we come on time and we go on time.”

The Bible also states that our days are numbered in a specific way, and I imagine that Neville (steeped as he was in Christian mysticism) was influenced by this:

A man’s days are numbered. You know the number of his months. He cannot live longer than the time You have set.

    Job 14:5-7

I do believe that there is one exception to this — during a very challenging lifetime, a soul can put in place a ‘get out’, and it’s usually in the first 20 years of life. This is essentially an alternative ‘exit point’ and it’s up to the soul in that moment whether they want to take it. When we are on the other side planning an incarnation, we do so with some enthusiasm and in forgetfulness of the struggles that we have experienced in the past on the earth plane. Souls forget how difficult it can sometimes be once we are here. If a soul feels they have misjudged their capacity to continue with the life and they want to go back, they do sometimes get an opportunity. I have heard mediums refer to this phenomenon many times.

I believe I had an opportunity myself when I was age 3. I threw my dolly into a busy road and ran after it into oncoming traffic. I don’t remember it but I was almost hit by a car and my mother was very upset.

    Guardian angels and death

Atheists will often present the argument that God or the angels only appear to help some people but not others. How can there be a Divine Intelligence or angels if small children die in accidents or from illnesses, and are not helped by these beings?

I believe that we plan our lives before we incarnate. If we decide to have a life that only lasts 5 years, the guardian angels are not going to change that for us because that is what we have planned. If we decide to have a life that lasts 70 years and we are headed for a fatal accident before it is our time to die, our angel will intervene.

  • A Practical Guide to Water Fasting for Spiritual Healing & Transformation

A Practical Guide to Water Fasting for Spiritual Healing & Transformation

Several years ago, I came across a video on YouTube of a man breaking a 21-day water fast. He looked quite emaciated and fragile as he bit into a slice of watermelon and I remember thinking “what a nutter!” I didn’t understand why anyone would go without food for 21 days.

Earlier this year I completed my first 20 day fast — and I could never have imagined I would be in that position of having completed a long fast of my own!

I fasted for that long because I’ve been pulling out all the stops to heal a serious illness and evict every trace of it from my body forever. The illness is mostly asymptomatic these days but I want it gone permanently and I don’t want any future flares. So I’ve been pulling out the big guns. Long water fasting is one of the big guns.

I have come to believe that long water fasting (14 days +) can heal illness, trauma and grief. It can make you grow and change in the most positive of ways. It can shift you out of a stuck place, even if you have been there for years. It can even push past life and present life wounds out of your physical and etheric bodies to be released (more on my experience with that later in the article). It can also help you to release serious or deep blocks to manifesting what you want in life.

The first time I witnessed the benefits of water fasting for myself was when I was suffering from anti-depressant withdrawal side effects. After 2 years on an anti-depressant, I decided to come off (this was a while back). I came off over a period of 6 weeks and the withdrawal was incredibly difficult. I had panic and anxiety (which I hadn’t had prior to going on the meds). I had insomnia and I was exhausted. Additionally, I suffered from nausea and poor appetite and all of this went on for about 4 months. I did a 12 day water fast and after that, I had no more withdrawal symptoms. It was so restorative and healing for me!

The sheer power of a long water fast in bringing about changes to body, mind and spirit may well be unmatched by anything else. (The only intervention that has come close to the power of water fasting in terms of creating change for me has been revision.)

This is perhaps why water fasting is practised in most religions and spiritual traditions, in some form – people have long known that fasting is powerful.

In this article, I’m going to share practical tips on water fasting for spiritual healing and growth. I have received questions since I wrote my last article on fasting about how to do it, so I’m going to explain how I do it and what I wish I’d known when I started fasting.

Before I go into my tips, I do want to say: please bear in mind that this article is not a prescription, medical advice or instructions. You must do your own research before you fast, and ideally speak to your doctor before fasting. Some people (such as people with certain heart conditions and eating disorders) should not fast. People who take medications may not be able to fast. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, and minors should not fast. Whatever you might do with the info in this article is your responsibility, and yours alone.

That said, Water Fasting is pretty safe for many people

    (More on that here.)

Humans have been fasting since the beginning of time. We keep body stores of some vitamins and minerals which the body draws on during a fast (more about that later in this article.)

I’ve safely completed 3 long fasts — of 7, 12 and 20 days. Some people do 40 day fasts. I recently read about a naturopathic doctor (Dr Nasha Winters) who completed a 60 day fast when she was diagnosed with terminal stage 4 ovarian cancer a few decades ago. She was told she had only days to live and she couldn’t be treated because of a bowel blockage. This meant she couldn’t eat. So, she went home to die. Except she didn’t die. She believes that the bowel blockage and the 60 day fast saved her life. After the 60 days, the blockage cleared and she was able to eat again, and she’s still alive and cancer free, decades later. So, the body can handle very long fasts in some cases, although longer than 40 days isn’t usually recommended. (I don’t personally fast for more than 21 days because I’m not carrying enough extra weight to fast for any longer than that.)

OK, let’s get into all the practical knowledge I can share with you about water fasting.

I’ve split it up into 12 main points. Let’s start with the most basic one:

    1. One of the questions I have had is, what is water fasting? Can you drink juice during a fast, or drink broth?

Water fasting is just what it sounds like — water and nothing else. No supplements, no electrolytes, no juices and no source of nourishment whatsoever.

When you put nothing but water into your body, you create the opportunity for the deepest kind of detox and healing. When we’re eating, some of our body’s energy is spent on digestion and the processing of substances that we ingest. When we don’t eat, this energy is freed up and spent on healing, repair and detoxification (of the body, mind, heart and soul.)

When you add electrolytes, supplements or juices, the detox and healing slow down on all levels. (Of course, juice fasting is another option and it works for detox too, but it’s just not as powerful as water fasting.)

Adding in foods like broth or honey will break the fast.

This is the way my fasting coach Tallis Barker recommends people fast, so I’ve always done my water fasts this way.

Beyond 21 days, things can occasionally get a bit trickier with electrolytes and so it can be helpful to do a fast longer than 21 days supervised by a naturopath or doctor. (On such a long fast, unless you are experienced it can be hard to tell detox symptoms from the symptoms of electrolyte imbalance, which is where an experienced fasting guide or coach can come in). Tallis Barker is one option for such a long fast and he works with people online. Another place that offers support for a long fast is the TrueNorth Center in California, which is a residential facility.

    2. Let’s have a look at how to choose the length of your fast.

A general rule is that the longer the fast is, the more transformative it is likely to be.

A 7 day water fast will allow your body to ‘clean house’ and do a physical detox, but it’s often not enough time to create a shift physically, emotionally or spiritually.

If you’re fasting to heal a serious illness, a minimum time would be 14 days, and preferably 21 days +

What I didn’t realise when I tried water fasting was that a 21 day fast was so much more powerful than a 7 day fast. I thought maybe 3 x 7 day fasts would equal a 21 day fast. But they don’t. The kind of healing momentum that is generated on a 21 day fast is very different from what you will get on a 7 day fast, even when you repeat it multiple times.

I wish I knew this when I first started fasting. I was expecting amazing results from my first 7 day fast but I didn’t really see any. I did see results however from both my 12 day fast and my 20 day fast.

So if you want to create significant change (physically, spiritually or emotionally) through fasting, you’re looking at something 14 days + and maybe 21 days or longer.

    3. Jumping in at the deep end, or easing in?

Of course, some people simply aren’t ready to jump into a 21 day fast right off the bat. I eased in slowly. I did a 3 day and a 4 day fast before I attempted the 7 day fast. Then I worked up to 12 days and finally 20 days, over the space of about 18 months.

Some people need to do it that way and others are happy to jump in at the deep end.

    4. Healing crises

There’s often a healing crisis during water fasting that occurs at the end of week 2 (around days 13-14) and again at the end of week 3 (around days 19-21). The symptoms of these crises can seem alarming or weird.

For example, I used to get bladder infections a long time ago (in childhood I was hospitalised for it.) On my 20 day fast, I got the symptoms of a bladder infection at the end of week 2 and again at the end of week 3. It wasn’t an actual bladder infection because I didn’t get all the symptoms. It felt more like an ‘echo’ of a bladder infection.

During the end of weeks 2 and 3 on a long water fast, the body does sometimes reactivate old problems before it expels them for good. These symptoms can be unsettling unless you know what is happening.

Water fasts can sometimes be rocky for other reasons. For example, on many of my water fasts, I’ve suffered nausea (which is a symptom of detox) and some people get reflux. The nausea hasn’t ever been so unbearable that I’ve had to stop, but on my recent 20 day fast, towards the end I was spending a fair amount of time in bed due to nausea and I also vomited a couple of times.

    5. A 21 day fast could lead to 3 months of healing in total

What I didn’t realise before I did the 20 day fast was that the healing power of the fast continues for up to 2 months afterwards.

Dr William Kelley (the late alternative cancer doctor) said that healing is 100% physical, 100% psychological and 100% spiritual.

These levels reflect one another and there is a complex interplay between physical toxicity and emotional/spiritually toxicity. When you detox physically, you also trigger a detox on the emotional and spiritual level. This is what happened to me. I had a past life trauma come to the surface for healing about 5 weeks after my 20 day fast ended…

I started having flashbacks of masonry falling on me in my sleep. The flashbacks kept happening so I asked Spirit what that was about. I was given the date of an earthquake in California and when I Googled it, it was the 1925 Santa Barbara earthquake.

Amazingly, a previous student of mine at this time also emailed me to tell me that she had seen me in 1920s garb while watching one of my videos. We were friends in that life and began to recall details of the same events that took place in the 1920s. The past life wound was deeply intertwined with the illness/health crisis that I had had 2.5 years ago. Would that past life have surfaced if I hadn’t fasted? Who knows. I do know that the fast gave my physical and etheric bodies space and time to expel the past life wound.

That past life wound has been the central dilemma of my lifetime, and the karma has been playing out intensely for the last 2.5 years. I know the illness was part and parcel of it. It was like a karmic ‘test’ that I managed to pass (was I going to do the same things I did in past lives or was I going to do something different?) and when I did pass the ‘test’, the illness became asymptomatic. The body knew what it was doing during that fast — it was expelling the residues of the past life wound and healing it for good.

    6. Working full time during a long fast isn’t recommended

I worked part time for the first 14 days of my 20 day fast and did OK with that, but I was also aware I didn’t want to expend too much energy on work — after all, long fasts are about freeing up energy from digestion for an extended period, so that the body can work on healing and detox. If you’re using that extra energy to work, you’re defeating the purpose of the fast and you probably won’t gain the benefits.

I realise this is one of the biggest barriers to fasting, at least for people who work full time.

    7. Fasting is ungrounding

When I do a long fast, it’s as if I’m no longer fully in my body on the earth plane. Obviously I’m not fully in the spirit world either. I find that when I fast I’m in between the two worlds. In my view, this is why a fast feels so powerful — it’s like partly exiting the body for a time so that it can heal, regenerate and do what it needs to do. I didn’t fully come back into body until several weeks after the fast had ended, and when I did, my body and psyche were changed. Note that when I’m speaking about not being in my body during fasting, it’s not that I’m dissociating. It’s different somehow, but I can’t explain it any further than that.

    8. Week 3 of a fast is tiring

Fatigue starts to kick in much more after day 14 and can intensify towards day 21, especially if you’re fasting to heal chronic illness. I was mostly bedridden for the last few days of the 20 day fast.

Also, something else I didn’t realise is that it can takes about 4-6 weeks after a 3 week fast to return to full body strength and energy.

    9. Supplementing

As mentioned, I don’t take supplements during a fast, but I do take them before and after.

Obviously water fasting is nutritionally depleting, and some people are not well nourished. I wanted to offset that aspect and so I take minerals prior to a fast (and afterwards.) Not just the well-known ones such as magnesium and calcium, but also all of the trace ones. And I take B vitamins, along with other food-based supplements.

Some people may be deficient in minerals. Stress causes the body to lose minerals in the urine, so if you’ve been under stress in recent times or long term, it could be a good idea to remineralise if you’re planning to fast.

The herbicide roundup (traces of which can be found in conventional produce) chelates minerals, both in the soil and from the body — particularly molybdenum, cobalt, iron, zinc, manganese and boron (Dr Stephanie Seneff at MIT writes and talks a lot about this.) Even people who eat 100% organic have some glyphosate/roundup in their urine. There is no getting away from it — it is ubiquitous in our world. For this reason also, it’s likely that some people are demineralised. This is my rationale behind taking minerals before and after long fasts.

    10. Refeeding needs to be carefully considered on a long fast

If you fast for longer than 7-10 days, you do need to be quite careful with breaking your fast and the re-feeding process. On the 20 day fast, my fasting coach recommended no more than 250 calories on the first couple of days, and I also ate quite low carb and low protein, focusing on vegetables and fruit. It took about 8-9 days to return to my usual diet.

If you jump from a long fast straight back into a normal eating pattern, it can cause re-feeding syndrome, which is potentially fatal. Tallis Barker covers this in his book on re-feeding.

    11. Drinking less while fasting

I tend to drink 500-750ml of water per day when fasting. Obviously this is a lot less than I drink when I am eating.

The rationale behind drinking less is that you don’t want to wash away electrolytes unnecessarily.

I was taught that a general rule when water fasting is to follow thirst and drink accordingly. If I got thirsty, I drank. But if I wasn’t, I didn’t chug the water down just for the sake of it. As long as I wasn’t drinking less than 500ml per day while fasting, I didn’t worry about it.

    12. Finally, you may want to keep your fast quiet (with those who don’t need to know)

I tend not to tell people around me when I’m fasting unless I can help it.

Fasting is quite a counter culture thing to do and people will worry about you, and could even suspect you have an eating disorder. I am someone who loves to eat and I have eaten well and abundantly throughout my life, yet someone in my life who knows this about me still worried on my 12 day fast. The best thing to do is just keep it to yourself wherever possible, so you don’t have to explain yourself.

If you are planning a water fast, I hope this article helps you.

  • How to Make Your Guardian Angel Happy Today

How to Make Your Guardian Angel Happy Today

“An angel who exists for no reason is a tragedy in the spiritual world”

I recently read this sentence in Pierre Jovanovic’s book ‘An Inquiry into the Existence of Guardian Angels’.

Pierre Jovanovic is a French journalist who was working in California for the Quotidien de Paris during the 1980s. He was driving on a motorway in Silicon Valley on his way home from an interview, when he was suddenly thrown to the side of the car. He didn’t move himself — he was moved. In the next moment, a bullet came through the windscreen and landed in the back of the passenger seat. The police told him that had he not moved out of the way of the bullet, he would most likely have been killed.

Feeling that he had been saved by a protective spiritual force, Jovanovic became curious about Guardian Angels, and started reading everything he could find about them. He researched the lives of Catholic saints and mystics who had had visions of angels, and interviewed people such as Robert Monroe, Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and Kenneth Ring about NDE’s and angels. He also spoke with those who had NDE’s and who had come into contact with these celestial beings.

This is a book I’ve been reading on and off for years. There are a lot of interesting stories in the book but the idea that caught my eye today, and that I wanted to share in this article is the idea that our Guardian Angels are essentially unemployed when we don’t believe in them or when we don’t understand what they can help us with.

Jovanovic quotes an anonymously written French book entitled ‘Méditations sur les 22 arcanes majeurs du tarot’ which states that:

“But — and this is the tragic aspect of Angelic existence — that brilliance [of the Guardian Angel] bursts forth only when man has need of it, when he inspires its light to burn brightly once more. The angel depends on man in its creative activity. It may then fall into a state of consciousness where all its creative genius remains potential and does not show at all. This is the state in which it vegetates, in which it muddles along, a state comparable to sleep among humans. An angel who exists for no reason is a tragedy in the spiritual world.”

In the last few years, my angels have drawn very close to me (I encountered a personal crisis 2.5 years ago) and they have become more numerous. I called them ‘the multitude’ because there were so many of them.

Whenever I went through a period of suffering, the angels were there. I used a lot of prayer and petition during these times, which I directed to the multitude. “Angels, help me” was my basic prayer. There has never been a time when I haven’t been helped. I could tell many stories of what happened following these prayers but they are quite long and personal, so I won’t go into that here.

My angels have definitely not been under-employed but it had been a couple of months since I’d called on them.

Inspired by this line, I decided to call on them.

I said: “Angels, can I see you?” (It was a big ask to request to see an angel.)

I saw nothing but I sensed a light to the left of me.

Then I said: “Can I feel you?”

A bit of context: that evening I had retired to bed early because I felt pretty terrible. I had done 2 epsom salt baths in 2 days and I didn’t feel well afterwards. I had a health crisis 2.5 years ago that had (amongst other things) physical toxicity and impaired detox pathways at its roots. I am doing fine now but I’ve been experimenting with various forms of detox to use long-term.

The epsom salt baths made me feel “toxic” — very tired, headachy, cold and brain fogged. So, I went to bed early (without doing the dishes) because my head hurt a lot every time I moved.

Upon asking to feel the angel’s presence, I perceived a mist around me. It was a cool, refreshing feeling and I saw a light green colour. I felt a sense of spaciousness suddenly around me. I felt comforted. I felt good.

I suddenly felt good enough to get out of bed and continue with my evening, taking a walk, doing my dishes and even writing this article. It was quite a big change from how I’d been feeling all day.

When I went down to the kitchen after calling on the angels, I noticed that the stove and worktops in the kitchen seemed lower than before, or I seemed taller. It was as if I had extra height. I’m pretty sure I didn’t grow but something had happened to my perspective.

Angels are an untapped resource for many of us.

Their sole purpose is to help us on our path. They hold positive energies and we can ask them to bring us those positive energies to benefit us in our lives. We can ask them to raise our vibration before we channel or tune in to Spirit, so that we are getting the highest vibrational guidance possible. They can even intervene on our behalf when we’re in danger and it isn’t our time to die, such as throwing us to the side of the car when a bullet is headed our way, as in Pierre Jovanovic’s case. They can also help us when we are in emotional or spiritual danger, for example if we come across a malignant sociopath who wants to do us harm — our angel can (depending on the scenario) help to direct us out of that situation, too.

This helping us out of dangerous situations is perhaps the only thing an angel will do for us even when we don’t believe in them. But they can help us in many more ways than this when we believe in them and call on them.

The more we work with the angels and call on them, the more angels we may attract around us. Those who are going through hardship also attract the angels, as do those who work with a lot of people in the helping or healing professions.

What do you need help with today?

Call on your angel and ask them to help you with it. If you do, you may be awakening them from a slumber and it will make them happy.

I am not a Christian but I am inspired by the work of the Christian mystic Neville Goddard. Neville believed that God and the Christ energy is within us. Within us we have a Divine spark that we can use to manifest and create change in our lives. Neville also believed that the Bible teaches us about finding the Christ within, rather than worshipping an external God. We are all part of God and branches of the Divine tree.

Looked at in this way, Bible verses land differently for me:

“He brought me out into a spacious place. He rescued me, because he delighted in me.” (Psalm 18:19)

Using prayer or petition of your higher self, your angel, Spirit/Source/God can bring you out into a spacious place whenever you feel restricted.

My angel brought me out into a spacious place tonight to write this article.

What will yours help you with?

When asking for help, ask out loud and be specific in terms of what you need.

Even when you don’t know what you need, just asking for help will activate these spiritual forces that are around you and wake them up from their slumber. In turn these forces can connect you to other resources that exist in the spirit world.

  • I Created a Free Manifesting & Law of Assumption Resource Page

I Created a Free Manifesting & Law of Assumption Resource Page

This is just to let my readers know that I have created a free resource on my website — it’s a collection of Law of Assumption articles and you can use them as a ‘how to’ guide, roughly in the order they are presented.

    You can access it here.

I spent a couple of years studying the Law of Assumption and other mindset practices when I was quite ill and needed to recover my health. I knew my mindset and stress levels had something to do with the situation I was in and so I spent a lot of time diving in to Neville Goddard’s amazing work.

What I learned changed my life, and I put it all into that free resource.

I’ve been told by readers that this resource is better than some paid offerings out there (and people have been in touch asking to send donations, so a donation button has been added to the page).

Why I decided to make it free

I did try making a money manifestation course but I gave up because I realised I was just repeating what was already in my collection of free articles, and that you can actually find everything you need in New Thought books and articles. It felt redundant creating a paid resource and it became clear it wasn’t what I wanted to do.

So, there really isn’t much missing from the articles – they can take you from A to B with pretty much any desired outcome. (I do plan to add a couple of articles, one on improving self-concept and another on specifically manifesting money.) But apart from that you can take any intention and go through the articles in the order they’re given, adapting the teachings to your intention and situation.

A couple of caveats when it comes to manifesting:

    1. If it’s a very big change you’re manifesting it could take you a few years. For example, I manifested a new home in 3 weeks but it took me a couple of years to manifest much better health. If you’ve been alive for more than a couple of decades, your life is like a big ship with its momentum going in a certain direction. If you want it to start going in the opposite — or just a different — direction, you have to turn that ship around and it can take time. It can also take a lot of work.

    2. If manifesting practices do not work for you, you may need to do deep inner work to unravel your karmic complexes.

    What are karmic complexes?

The following is an excerpt from Patricia Walsh’s book ‘Understanding Karmic Complexes: Evolutionary Astrology and Regression Therapy’

“Eastern traditions that have reincarnation and karma central to their belief system teach about an aspect of karma called Samskara. Karma literally means actions, and many of those actions come from the deep impressions of habit that are called samskaras. Samskara then is intrinsically tied into the laws of karma that govern the cycle of rebirth. Keeping in mind the nature of traumatic imprints and how they cause continual recreation of the original traumatic event, one can also look at samskaras as trauma imprints re-manifested from life to life. It is the essence of karma to bring forth the actions of the past to the present.

The inability to complete even the simple action of ‘fight or flight’ as a result of trauma in past lives is also carried into the present as the soul continues to create from its own wounded place in an ongoing effort to heal. Because of this, the reality is that most of us are born already with some degree of PTSD.  Sri Swami Chidananda states that “Each samskara has inherent in it the capacity to once again recreate that very experience which originally caused it.” Our past life physical, emotional and mental bodies are not wiped clean in-between lives, but continue to recreate themselves in each incarnation through the subtle bodies. This transmission of past physical, emotional and mental wounds constitute a large part of what we are meant to heal in our present lives.”

Some people cannot manifest their desired outcome because they have brought through karmic wounds that essentially make it very difficult. (Our karmic wounds remain in the energy body and cause us to attract unwanted outcomes, and unconsciously choose situations according to those wounds.)

An example of this in action: a common LOA technique is to use affirmations to manifest an outcome, but if you don’t fully believe in your affirmations or feel the inner change you’re looking for after weeks of repeating them, it’s most likely because you have a karmic complex that is too powerful to overcome with affirmations. Other work is needed before you can create your desired outcome.

I wrote about releasing karma (and how to do it) in this article.

The updates haven’t been put into the course manual yet but when you click on the “welcome – important updates” link, you’ll see a list of where you can find the updates (inside the course forums) and at what point you should go look at them as you make your way through the course.

I have been reading the Akashic Records for 17 years now (and teaching people how to access the Akashic Records for a while) and that’s given me time to make many new discoveries about the kinds of information we can find in the Akashic Records.

Here is what is new and updated:

    1. If you are a previous student of this program, you don’t need to purchase a copy of my book on the star seeds — this is now available in the members home for you to download for free. I recommend you look at this for more info on the 8 groupings of Parallel souls, and for extra info on Vegans and Hadarians
    2. There’s a new Archangelic realm to add to your readings
    3. Also, a new archetype
    4. 3 new soul groups (you may have already read about these as I have blogged about them — the Alpha Caelians, Alpha Fornacians and Spica 2)
    5. There’s now 13,000-14,000 words on the 88 life lessons and how they manifest for clients (including a new life lesson that was added very recently)
    6. A new soul training — Healing in the Afterlife
    7. How to look up the number of previous earthly lifetimes for your client
    8. How to research the ratio of male to female past lifetimes
    9. How to find out which past life roles your client has gone back to again and again
    10. Info on the various kinds of Godsparks a person can have
    11. How to find out which Archangels and Ascended Masters are helping your client
    12. How to find out which life lessons your client has recently mastered (this refers to the life lesson or ‘theme’ they’ve explored and mastered in their most recent lifetimes – usually within the last 5-15 incarnations). I also go into what it looks like in reality, and how it manifests when a soul has mastered a life lesson.
    13. An advanced look at the ‘balance’ life lesson and my latest insights on how this can often manifest for clients
    14. 3 example email readings (which were done for clients of mine recently) which illustrate all of the above updates in practice.
