This Is My Current Favourite Method for Quick Manifestation — (Inner Speech & Robotic Affirming)

If you’ve read my article series on the Law of Assumption, you may have heard that I am a big fan of using affirmations to create your ideal life. 

In the beginning when I used them, I would sit down and just say a list of affirmations, and ‘feel into’ them. I would do that a few times per week and within a couple of months I noticed people were saying my affirmations back to me.

These days I am using affirmations in a different way that is much quicker for manifesting, and it is “robotic affirming“. In this article I’m going to talk about how to use this method.

Robotic affirming is essentially memorising affirmations, and saying or thinking them often.

How I came across robotic affirming

I first came across this method when a manifesting friend of mine told me she had used this technique to get a particular desire in the 3D that she had wanted for a long time but hadn’t achieved through other manifesting methods. When she used robotic affirming through her inner speech, in the 3D it finally materialised, and in a very short time.

Usually when we say affirmations, we’re seeking to FEEL the feelings associated with them. But with this method, we’re just saying words over and over, and persisting in that until our subconscious mind is convinced. 

Note that we manifest according to the contents of our subconscious minds. When we are incarnated here, we receive vital life force from Source/the Creator/Infinite Intelligence (choose your preferred term) through our chakra system. We then condition that vital life force through the contents of our subconscious mind – so, that energy is altered by our beliefs, assumptions, identity, and the thoughts and feelings we are having that we identify with. That energy then goes back out into the Universe and our 3D reality rearranges itself to match what we are emitting the majority of the time.

So, if we want to create change in the 3D, we need to change the contents of our subconscious mind. The contents of our subconscious mind are composed of what we have thought, heard and learned about ourselves, our lives and the world up until now, that we have actually taken on board. For some of us, those ideas are negative. The good news is, the subconscious is very susceptible to suggestion. If we start thinking, saying and identifying with new thoughts, we can displace the old negative stories, within a matter of days or weeks.

So, that’s the value of this method – when we’re saying words over and over, the subconscious mind is listening and learning.

This method is actually something that Neville Goddard taught in his book, the Power of Awareness:

“Construct a sentence that implies the fulfillment of your aim, such as “I have a large, steady, dependable income, consistent with integrity and mutual benefit”, or “I am happily married”, “I am wanted”, “I am contributing to the good of the world”, and repeat such a sentence over and over until you are inwardly affected by it. Our inner speech represents in various ways the world we live in.”

I tried this method myself and found it has a big effect on my mental and emotional state. As we know, states (I.e. who we are being, and the feelings and thoughts we are identifying with) are what manifest. When we are being the person who has our desire, that is when our desire can manifest in the 3D. Robotic affirming is a method that helps us ‘be’ that person. 

Here is the method:

1. Identify times in your day when your mind is free to wander — ‘dead times’. Here are some examples of such times for most people:

  • Eating (if alone and not in conversation)
  • Cooking 
  • Cleaning
  • Tidying
  • Laundry
  • Washing up
  • Walking/exercising
  • Driving
  • Taking public transport
  • Mindless hobbies such as knitting
  • Gardening/yard work
  • Showering

If you’re like most people you have at least a few hours of such time in your day. An interesting exercise to do is to observe what are your thoughts and the “stories” you’re running during these times? You will be creating the circumstances of your life partly during these ‘dead times’ when your mind is free to wander.

2. Come up with affirmations for what you would like to create in your life

For example if you’d like to earn a new, higher salary, state that: e.g. “I earn $6000 every month” 

To be in better health, state: “I am the healthiest I have ever been”

Other examples:

“I have tons of energy from dawn until dusk”

“I am so happy we have found the perfect buyer for our house who has met the asking price”

“My relationship with X is thriving and we are so happy together.”

Ideally, come up with several affirmations that celebrate you having your desire. Think about what it would be like and how you would feel, and craft affirmations that express that.

Make sure to include a self-concept affirmation in there, such as “I deserve to receive so much from this life” or “I was always meant for great love/success/health/wealth.”

Memorise several affirmations and say them one after the other. 

3. Say those affirmations during the dead times when your mind is free to wander, for up to 3 hours per day. 

Even if you say them for just 10 minutes per day, it is helpful, but for the best results, and to really saturate your subconscious mind as quickly as possible, you can say them for several hours per day during all the dead time you have available. 

Note that you don’t have to say these statements out loud (most of the time I just say them in my head – aka my inner speech.)

If thoughts come up that are contrary to your intention while you’re affirming, just say to yourself “No, that is not my end result” and continue affirming. 

Try to focus on what you are saying/thinking, while you are using this method. Don’t let the mind wander onto another topic.

How this method works

All of us are manifesting all the conditions of our lives all of the time (as an aside, I believe the only exception to this is we do not manifest when people in our lives die.)

When we create our lives on autopilot, obviously we’re not sitting down and doing affirmations and visualisations. Instead what we do is we just think thoughts and feel feelings, and then we identify with or react to those thoughts and feelings. That is how we create and have created everything in our lives, when we’re doing it unconsciously. 

If you use affirmations during all your dead time, you can very quickly displace old stories (thoughts, feelings and reactions) that you’re running in your head about your situation, which I believe is one of the reasons this method works as quickly as it does.

Let’s take the example of someone who is in debt, struggles to make ends meet and that has been their situation for years. Maybe every year this person (let’s call him “Andrew”) goes further and further into debt.

If Andrew pays attention to his thoughts and feelings, he will find that during his dead time, he is thinking things like “why can’t I ever get ahead?” “my situation is hopeless; I am powerless to make any changes” and “the system is rigged against people like me.”

If he substitutes these stories for positive affirmations or “inner speech” about money, those old stories are going to be halted temporarily, and so the descent into debt will also halt (of course with a time lapse, so maybe a few weeks or several weeks after he stops running the old stories.)

So this method can help to eliminate the harmful self talk that can keep us stuck in bad situations long term, and it enables us to “install” new, more positive stories into the subconscious mind.

If you want to see a change quickly, I recommend doing it for a week or two during your dead time, and then switch to another method, such as SATS. I am not sure it’s sustainable to affirm robotically for several hours per day for many weeks on end but it can give you a kick start and also shed some light on what you are thinking and feeling habitually during your dead time that may be creating unwanted situations for you. 

Why robotic affirming may be the best manifesting technique for you to use

What I love most about this tool is that unlike other techniques, it doesn’t require a lot of concentration or focus. You can use it even if you feel bad. It’s great for people with anxiety, who can’t relax during SATS. You don’t need faith or belief for this technique. You can do it in public, using your own private inner speech. You also don’t lose anything, because you’re going to spend that time in your day doing the washing up and laundry (or whatever it is) anyway, and you have nothing to lose by saying positive things to yourself instead of the usual thoughts you have. 

You can also just do it once a day while you’re brushing your teeth, or you could use it for several hours per day (or something in between). I would say the most sustainable way to use this method is to choose one activity and one set of affirmations, and do that every day. For example, every time you drive to work, you affirm for money. Or every time you do the washing up, you affirm for your health.

If you get tired of doing it, you could also make a recording of yourself on your phone repeating your affirmations over and over for 15 minutes and listen to that on a loop. That will have the same effect. (I find that this is also a great way to memorise your affirmations initially.)

    Robo affirmations work really well for me.

    But yeah I was never able to make visualizations work until this year. I assume that’s because there was a lot of healing work I had to do first.
