The Akashic Records are an energetic ‘library’ that exists in the spirit world, and they contain information about the life of every soul that exists – past, present and future.

They are a wonderful resource if we want to find out more about who we really are on the soul level and what our soul purpose is!

1. What has your soul been up to between earthly incarnations?

When we die and cross over to the ‘other side’, we don’t necessarily incarnate again into a physical body immediately. Sometimes we choose to stay on the other side and train in a particular area that will serve us or others in some way. These are called “soul trainings” and they can shape what we are good at when we’re incarnated.

2. What kind of lifetime are you in?

In spiritual teachings and texts, you may have heard ideas like ‘Earth is a school’ or ‘souls are here to have experiences and enjoy planet Earth’. There is disagreement about whether Earth is a school or a playground but in fact, it varies from one soul to the next. Some souls are primarily here to learn, others to contribute, others to enjoy life here or offer support to other souls. And some souls are here to experience a combination of all of those.

3. Where does your soul come from?

25% of the souls incarnated here are star seeds — souls who have their origins in places other than planet earth.

4. What are you learning in this lifetime?
